1. GC: You will have before you the various Radio-Active appliances that have been given through these sources. You will take each of these, as I call them out to you, and answer the questions which we will ask you regarding same.
2. EC: Yes, we have those informations as have been given respecting various conditions and appliances in a low form of the body and electric vibrations. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Plain Radio-Active - both anodes of German silver and the anodes of same size, hereafter to be known as battery #1. (A) This, as has been given - are specifications for battery for GENERAL use, where there is the condition as has to do with a general nerve debilitation, produced by an incoordination in the system; or more PROPERLY that form of vibration given off from same that might, or should, or could, be used UNIVERSALLY for tired conditions, where the whole system has been under strain, see? so that, with the EQUALIZATIONS as are brought about by the change in the vibratory rate of the system - from without and within - are brought to an EQUALIZATION. WHICHEVER is attached FIRST becomes the positive, and the other the negative. Hence in the application these should be altered from time to time, or treatment to treatment - see? that is, if attached first to the ankle, then the next day should be attached first to the wrist, OPPOSITE sides of body. Why? In the equalization, the CIRCULATION becomes the most involved. Changing of temperature of the body through pulsation has its greater effect upon the physical body through the change in the FARTHEST portions from the system, or extremities. Hence the change in the vibrations for the system. What occurs when such is used for a one-legged person, or a one-armed person? THESE may be asked, to be sure. Now, the circulation as is set up UNDER such conditions, the change through the system is as the figure eight. The blood passing through the liver at least twice before going to and from the extremities; so, in such conditions, the DIVERSIONS

of same [See GD's note, 1800-16, Par. R2]. Hence the body often feels, under such conditions, as if there were both legs when there's only one; both arms when there's only one; and they would especially FEEL so in the use of such appliance. This would be noteworthy to test out. In the application UNDER such conditions, the changes would be altered as to - that the extremity that was missing would be used as the alternate in each application, see?
4. (Q) How long a time? (A) Oh, from thirty minutes to all evening! This doesn't matter so much - the time - under such conditions; but this would be good for ANYONE, see? especially to REST tired business men, overtaxed ladies - there are a few! and such conditions as go to make up for the physical EXERTIONS of the body, where taxation MENTALLY, or taxation PHYSICALLY. These would be the greater aids. This is Number One. Now, we have in Number Two, that change in which the poles, or polarity of the change is altered in that the POSITIVE - Now get this all straight! The POSITIVE is ALWAYS of a DIFFERENT one from that of the negative! These may be altered, and ARE altered, UNDER varying conditions; for here we remove from the preventative field, or the helpful field, to that of the beginning of the CURATIVE field, in a vibratory condition, see? Now, this may be altered, dependent upon the characterization of the nerve forces as are seen in the system, that deal directly with the variation between the SYMPATHETIC system and the cerebrospinal system, and are used only in such conditions - or where (which means of the same nature) there are variations in that of the auditory, or of the SENSORY system's variations, see? These are found to be often of the same size; that is, the anodes often found to be the SAME size. At others they are found to be, that in certain conditions - which have to do especially with the genitive system, or where there are the effects of prenatal conditions from those of the activities in the genitive system, producing the variations in the vibratory forces of the system; as such as is found in those of syphilitic and gonorrhea conditions. These, then, are attached to the umbilicus, and are the NEGATIVE attachments for same, see? but when it is for the SENSORY system, these - then - are attached to other portions of the system, dependent upon the characterization. They may be attached to the base of the brain, under such conditions - and to the upper right portion of umbilicus, or may be attached to the ankle and to the lower left portion of the umbilicus. center being that region from which the vibratory forces of the system reach through the activity of the spermatic cords, as come to that of the centralization in the central nerve system and change the vibratory forces IN such conditions, see? These variations, then, are as is seen. IF it is given, in such an application, that the treatment is for those of the genitive systems vibration, causing it - then the larger or the POSITIVE, or the SMALLER is of copper - the other of the nickel, see? or silver. In such applications, these may be varied, dependent upon the tests as may be made in that for which such conditions are tested in the blood supply as to the positive or negative. Then, when this is found to be negative, the variation is made to the centralization in that center in the umbilicus, as to the right and upper portion. In the NEGATIVE, that which produces a softening to the tissue in the cords itself, it's attached to the LOWER portion and to the left, see? Number two, see? Ask some questions here!
5. (Q) Is that Number Two, where both anodes of German silver but one larger than the other? (A) The Number Two we have given here! One made of copper and one of nickel! Read what we have given!
6. (Q) Radio-Active - both anodes of German silver but one larger than the other - (A) This has only been given once! Leave this out!
7. (Q) Plain Radio-Active - one anode nickel, the other copper, hereafter known as battery #3. (A) Just been told about! That's Number Two!
8. (Q) The first given, both anodes were of German silver but the same size - (A) We know that!
9. (Q) The other, both anodes of German silver of different size - (A) As we have given, this has only been given once or twice! Leave it out for the present!
10. (Q) Radio-Active Appliance carrying Chloride of Gold solution, both anodes of German silver but the one carrying the solution larger than the others, hereafter known as #3. (A) In the applications of THIS nature, we have then entered the curative field. As has been indicated in the characterization of the effect as created in a body with the use of such appliance, we are dealing primarily with that of the nerve system and its effect as is created in the various portions of the system by the change in the temperature, and the change in the slowing up of the active forces as come by the tuning in of the various conditions where pressure is created in the system, along the various polarities between

the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal nerve system. Hence the name as is seen. In the active forces as are created in THIS character of condition: These, we will find, will always be applied to the umbilicus region in the larger anode. The larger anode always being that which CARRIES the solution, and should be the LAST to be attached to the body; there becoming the variations in the attachment to spots along the cerebrospinal system, or those of various centers through which the polarity of the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, dependent upon the NATURE or the character of the condition as is to be aided. The PRINCIPLE being that these change the vibratory forces as they add to or take from impulses within the system, from which those of the sensory system, or senses, react in the brain itself, and which takes place much as has been given with gold and silver in their varied conditions as may be applied to the system. We will find that impulse, whether as to that of senility when produced from age alone or whether senility as produced by conditions produced in the brain itself; for WITH the proper manipulations to PRODUCE coordination WITH drainage in the system, as may be given through manipulation osteopathically, or neuropathically given to the system under various stages, may create for a body almost a new brain, will the patience, the suggestion, the activities in the system BE carried out according to the conditions as necessary to be met. In these, too, there should be seen in this, as known as Number Three - is ALWAYS to carry the gold, see? While that as known as Number Four would carry the silver, see? and that should ALWAYS be on the NEGATIVE pole also, and will ALWAYS be attached to the umbilicus and to the upper and right portion of same; for this, in this formation, will act DIRECTLY through that of the solar plexus center, which raises - from the active forces of the body itself IN this center - to all of the various stages along the cerebrospinal system. The variations as to whether they are to be attached to the 1st and 2nd CERVICAL center in their application, or whether they are to be attached to a polarization from the EXTREMITIES of the body, these will vary to the CHARACTER of the condition as is to be met. When the condition is that of senility of age, it will be to the extremities. When it is of that of prenatal or of the genitive condition, as may be found in many systems - or when it is to that of any formation as has to do with those conditions that bring about the improper activity through the system, and this is added to add to the polarization in bringing stability into the system, these, we will find, will be attached to the 1st or 2nd, or in that

region of the brain center - 1st and 2nd - in the cervical, so that the brain center polarization through the lyden [Leydig] and through that of the medulla oblongata is not engorged; or, in such cases, MOST - we will find - will be in that of what is KNOWN as epileptic, produced from the various causes. These, you see, have a variation. In some cases there may be added those of BOTH gold AND silver, but their polarization of same will be always from EITHER that of an extremity TO the umbilicus plexus OR from that of the CERVICAL to the umbilicus plexus; so that the polarization is kept equalized. These are not only preventative, but are curative measures through which these may be added into the system. These will always be found necessary that these go through those of a changed vibration into a lead formation, see? Very rarely will there be cases that will be found that those of BOTH the anodes be of nickel in that CARRYING the solution, but there are many various CHARACTERS of SOLUTIONS that may be carried in these. These would act with any of these whose discharge is soluble either in that of alcohol or those of water AND alcohol. These may be carried into system in their various forms, either as found in that, then, as of such natures as these: These coming under various conditions, and in FEVERS - ALWAYS use these, see? In those of conditions as would be found that have to do with any of those conditions as have to do with the typhus, [thymus?], or with any of the glands of the throat, and of the glands of the genitive system, or endren [adrenal], or those of any of the head, or those of the throat - these will be found beneficial in these conditions, and will be ALTERABLE according to the character of the blood tests, as to whether these CHANGE in their formation, see?
