1. GC: You will have before you the information given [1455-1] for [1455], ..., Va., Oct. 14, 1937, in which a Radio-Active Appliance carrying Nitrate of Silver was suggested for him; also his attempts to use an Appliance furnished him by the Health Home Remedies Corp. On two occasions the lead wire in the solution was eaten up before a treatment could be given. The second solution was checked carefully to be sure it was a ten percent solution as recommended. Please explain what should be done in this case in order that the treatments may be continued.
2. EC: Yes - we have the information here, that has been indicated; also those attempts for the use of same.
3. These, as we find, indicate just how the activities of the Solutions react upon conditions in the bodily forces themselves.
4. Then, judgement must be used in such cases. Reduce by half the strength of the Solution until there is able to be builded in the body sufficient of the necessary elements for resistance that a stronger or the ten percent Solution may be used properly.
5. This is an indication of the needs of the activities, for with the type of resistance as created by the opposite poles of the body in the Solution itself, it so reacts as to destroy the activities of the carrier or the chemical through which the carrier enters the reaction of those poles in the bodily function.
6. Reduce the strength one-half.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) Any other suggestions at this time regarding the experiments or perfecting the Radio-Active Appliance? (A) Well, much might be given - this depends upon that sought and applied. It is only by application and experimentation that any

development may be gained respecting any such Appliance. That such conditions exist here, or have existed (in the case referred to), shows that there is the activity. Then if there is that attitude from the users, the experimenters, or the builders, that, "Well, it just doesn't work," then the whole purpose is lost. Use all types of conditions for its use. But, as has been given oft, that which may be beneficial may also be harmful. Then it will necessitate individual cases or applications for its use.
9. (Q) How may we determine when to increase the strength of the Solution for this case? (A) When there is the lack of the sweat produced by its application.
10. (Q) What elements are lacking in this particular body that causes this condition? (A) Silver!
11. (Q) Any other suggestions at this time? (A) These for the present. Reduce the Solution, you see; then use as HAS BEEN INDICATED! Only put into the Solution when attached to the body, and only attach the anodes to the Appliance when ready for use. Put the Appliance for the temperature change ten to fifteen minutes. When ready to apply to the body, you see, put the carrier into the Solution and attach IMMEDIATELY to the body; or attach to the body and then to the Solution. Only let the attachments remain thirty minutes. IMMEDIATELY take same out of the Solution, you see, cleanse it; that there may be the perfecting. When there is the lack of the sweats, gradually increase - Not double it at once, but gradually increase the strength - until a ten percent Solution may be used.
