Time of Reading 4:20 to 4:35 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Mass.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1807]. This, we have had before.

3. Now, as we find, there are many changes in the general physical forces of the body. Not many of these are for greater improvement - though the greater improvement might be said to be the determination in mind to give suggestion as may be made, an honest trial.

4. As we find, there are still those disturbances in those of the organs of pelvis - as well as those of the colon and those of the alimentary canal.

5. Those of the greater distress as is produced about the cardiac - or heart area and cardiac portion of the stomach itself - are reflexes from those of a condition in the colon - where those of plethora in the portion of ascending and part of transverse, and a prolapsus in those of the descending exists, because of the variation in activity of the heart.

6. These are the disturbances as cause the body to be so easily tired - causes the body to feel a shortness of breath - those as of sleeplessness.

7. All of these are the effects of toxic poisons in the body, and the pressure of these poisons on the sympathetic nervous system, and those of the organs through those of the secondary cardiac flexes [plexus?] - and associating with those of the lymph areas in those of the fifth and sixth dorsal centers.

8. As we find, in making for greater and better administration, we would first have at least a series of six hydrotherapy treatments. This should include those of fume baths - preferably to that of dry cabinet baths.

9. This should be with those of combinations of sweet oil and witchhazel. This would be: - a teaspoonful each, in a pint of water, as would be administered by heating and the steam from same settling over the body in the cabinet, - rather than from an open boiler, or as a croup cup.

10. These will be much more satisfactory if prepared in enamel ware than in those of aluminum or other types of ware - owing to those of the combinations of the properties to be used.

11. These should be followed with those of needle showers, - hot and cold water. Then, those of Pine Oil Bubble Bath, - then a thorough massage. This, more in the form of that of a Swedish massage.

12. Do not forget to give this thoroughly! Especially over the diaphragm area of the abdomen, and those of the area of the colon.

13. We would follow same - or give before, or after - high colonic irrigations at least twice during the period of the massage treatments.

14. Do not overtax the body in activities - but we will find these will change those of the pulsations.

15. We will find the body able to sleep much better.

16. Do use those of the radio-active appliances as a means to rest - and when these are used, do keep those of the plates, or connections to the body, clean. Use emery paper before it is applied to the body. Do use the emery paper when it is taken from the body.

17. Do not allow ice or water to get over the top of the appliance.

18. Apply this at that period when the body is ready to retire. Keep it on for an hour.

19. Do use the period as the period for prayer and meditation. Do keep the attitude in body-mind for those of better creative influences.

20. Not only be good - be good for something! Do think of others - not altogether of self, but as to how the body may contribute most to that - not merely of pleasure - but of creative forces and influences in the lives of others, also!

21. This will change the general attitude, and if the applications are made - we will find better accord and better coordination for the body.

22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) What will relieve distress in neck and head? (A) Those of the massages as is to follow those of the fume baths, for this will set up better circulation and better eliminations, especially if those of the colonics are thorough - and not too heavy - but thorough in relieving

the mucus from the colon, and if these are taken properly, they will remove this tension. This will remove the disturbances reflexly that comes from the heart's activity. Do that!

24. (Q) Is present medication necessary, and can it be eliminated at this time? (A) If these applications are made, do not use other medications, else we will find conditions with the heart that will not be easily eliminated.

25. (Q) Is present living routine suitable? (A) Provided the applications, as suggested, are made, we may adjust the living conditions to better advantage.

26. (Q) How much physical activity and walking is advisable at present? (A) Couple of hours each day.

27. (Q) Suggestions for diet? (A) Well balanced. Never too much red meats - but in those of raw vegetables - especially those of watercress, celery, lettuce and carrots. And combine those often with those of gelatin.
