Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. Now as we find, there are great improvements in the general physical forces of the body.

4. There is not near so much disturbance in the liver, and especially gall duct area, as when we had the conditions here before; though much of the disturbance is dormant.

5. As we find, there should be more of the manipulative forces osteopathically, in a GENERAL manner. And, drain the gall duct osteopathically, see? not exciting same to too great a state of activity, yet gently; taking at least three to four treatments to do same.

6. Dobbins would be preferable to do these, for - as is understood - one understanding the disturbance will be better able to cope with the conditions.

7. When there is the drainage, first relax the body thoroughly, see? then do not attempt to give the whole drainage at once, but cover three to five periods in doing so.

8. And with same (that is, during the same periods) give a mild hepatic; that there may be not too much of a strain upon the alimentary canal to care for the character of discharge that should be eliminated at such times.

9. This as we find, for this body, would be preferably in the form of the vegetable or fruit salts than in the minerals. Hence as we find, either the Eno Salts (a fruit salt) or a senna base - as the Syrup of Figs or the Senna Syrup or Senna Leaves Tea, or Castoria.

10. Be well that at least one or two colonic irrigations be made, some two weeks apart; not so as to irritate, but with plenty of an intestinal antiseptic. And as we find, for

this body, the Salt and Soda solution would be preferable for the colonic, and then a good deal of Glyco-Thymoline in the last water - as the intestinal antiseptic - would be most effective.

11. Then there needs to be those precautions kept as to diet, as to activities, as we have indicated for the body.

12. Of course, with the general change in climatic conditions, and the general surroundings, it will require that care be taken as to colds or congestion, damp feet and drafts and the like. These precautions are merely the normal conditions, and not that the body is to become supersensitive to such, you see, and attempt to make for so much precaution as to make the unconscious (or subconscious) conscious of the inability to react. For, the nominal, normal activity of the body is to assume normalcy under varying circumstances.

13. In the diet include now the Codiron as a tonic, through those periods from at least the middle of September until the fifteenth of March. Take two tablets a day with the meals. They my be taken both at once, or they may be taken one in the morning and one in the evening, just as it suits the convenience of the body; but take these. They will supply the necessary activity not only in the forces of the iron, but the activity for the liver, as well as the vitamin forces that are strengthening.

14. Also, at least once a week have almost an entire meal of oatmeal; not rolled oats but steel cut oats cooked thoroughly - with plenty of cream.

15. Do these, and as we find we should keep much nearer to normal conditions for this body, [1810].

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) Is there an indication of an anemic condition? (A) From the deficiency in the activity of the gall duct or liver supply, the natural inclination is to anemia-tize the system. But these are only tendencies, not indications even as yet. Though, as indicated in the care for the body, these are to assist in making for a greater quantity of red blood supply.

18. (Q) Is the condition in my shoulder arthritis? (A) Neuritic, rather than arthritic; and arises from the lack of the elimination of the poisons from the system; owing to the disturbances in the gall duct area. Hence the indication as given, that it would be well to drain the gall duct osteopathically - gently; and to give a hepatic through the periods this is being done.

19. We are through for the present.
