1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for help and relief; going over the body carefully, examining it thoroughly, and telling me the conditions you find at the present time; also giving the cause of the existing conditions. you will answer the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1811].

3. Now as we find, there is an unbalancing condition in the coordination of the activities of the assimilating and eliminating systems of the body; that causes disturbances in the functioning of the organs of the body, thus producing conditions which become disturbing factors, preventing the best normal physical reaction.

4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1811] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find the effects as well as causes of the disturbances. This as we find is producing a greater stress upon the red blood-producing system.

6. Hence it has the effect of a form of anemia through the system; or produced in the blood are some toxic forces which arise from conditions that were latent in the activity of the kidneys as well as the rest of the hepatic circulation.

7. This condition has caused, does cause, a form of congestion in the tendon and muscular forces of the lumbar and sacral axis and through portions of the cerebrospinal areas, from which muscular reactions occur that HAVE been produced by the lymph carrying IN the circulatory forces those poisons not eliminated from the system.

8. These as we find affect the body in locomotion as well as in the disturbances to the eliminating activities of the system.

9. Then these, of course, become contributory causes to some disturbances, the effect of disturbances in the organism's activity.

1811-1 Page 2

10. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, here we find that the body has been under great mental strain, as well as those anxieties as produced within the body-functioning upon the sensory as well as the sympathetic nervous system.

11. Hence these have caused and do cause some of those reactions which occur at times in the activities of the body.

12. Also from the pressures produced by accumulations of forces not eliminated through their normal channels, pressures are caused upon those portions of the cerebrospinal system as well as the centers in the locomotory forces of the pelvic AND the lumbar areas.

13. These also find their reaction at times through the centers through which head, neck, shoulders and arms receive impulses for those reactions from the sensory and cerebrospinal system.

14. Then, these in the nervous system - in the sensory forces AND the activity of the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal - are the RESULT of both physical and mental nervous strains.

15. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, here we find brain impulses very good. At times these are slowed by the natural reflexes.

16. Through the throat, head and neck, and the chest, we find the effects of toxic forces as indicated that arise form poor elimination as well as the form of anemia which exists.

17. Hence the heaviness at times through the lungs and the lower portion of the bronchi and larynx area is a reflex and not an organic disturbance.

18. The activities of the heart are slowed and increased according to reflexes from the activities of the system.

19. These, of course, then, make for a great call upon the chemical reactions and thus are slowed or increased according to the addition of such in the system - whether from those properties taken, those applications from without, or the increases through the activities of the assimilating system.

20. In the digestive forces of the body - these naturally are upset at times easily; at others we find they are active in the abilities of the body to quiet itself through those creative forces in thinking - which is a part of the experience of EVERY entity, yet accentuated in this entity through the innate abilities.

21. As to the activity of the hepatic circulation, we find that PHYSICALLY the hepatic circulation is the source in the present; though as indicated, these have arisen from

1811-1 Page 3

conditions long existent that produced an unbalanced condition in the assimilating AND eliminating system.

22. Hence we find the eliminations through the alimentary canal, the eliminations through the perspiratory system, the eliminations as related to the activity of the kidneys upon the general activity, are all disturbed.

23. Hence this crystalline condition, or crystalizing of those salts as it were of the nature that press upon the tissue through the abdomen, the lower portion of the spinal system, and especially through the ileum AND sacral axis.

24. As to the activities then for the eliminating of the disturbances, for the creating of a balance of those conditions necessary to bring better influences and forces for the body:

25. As the lack of activity is within the eliminating system, and there is a disturbance through the areas where pressures are created, these must necessarily be eliminated.

26. But in their elimination do not upset the abilities of the system to create that necessary for body-building at the same time.

27. Hence as we find, there is also the necessity to add to the nerve plasm sufficient energies to create impulses through the ganglia along the cerebrospinal system and build up nerve energies for the locomotories, as well as eliminating those influences for the tendencies toward the arthritic reactions; also to cause the body-building forces to be increased in the system.

28. First, then, we would begin with the consistent application of that as would be had from Cabinet Sweats, but more with the Fume Baths carrying Iodine content; so that when such are given, and the massage that would follow same (with Cocoa Butter or Olive Oil, or these alternated), there would be the absorption of such into the superficial circulation. These given two or three times a week, if the Fume Baths, would not be too often.

29. Also about once a week there would be the Epsom Salts Bath; not too strong, but such that the body would lie in same as it were for at least twenty to thirty minutes; more as the body is able. Use about ten to twelve and a half pounds of Epsom Salts to fifty gallons of water, as warm as the body may well stand. Then after such an Epsom Salts Bath we would have a rubdown with a combination of three parts Peanut Oil and one part Pine Oil; this only after the Epsom Bath, you see, NOT after the Fume Baths.

30. There would also be the use of the low electrical forces that will carry vibratorially into the system the Chloride of Gold, the solution being prepared in the proportions of

1811-1 Page 4

one grain to each ounce of Distilled Water. The attachments would be made as follows: The small copper plate would be attached to the 4th lumbar center, while the larger nickel plate - through which the solution passes - would be attached to the lacteal duct and umbilicus plexus, or - for this body - three fingers from the umbilicus center toward the right side. This would be taken about three times each week, for thirty minutes. This is not to be given with the massage or the Baths, but preferably taken as the body rests before retiring of an evening.

31. Do these consistently; with the general keeping up of that attitude physically of creative energies and forces within the mental attitude.

32. ELIMINATE resentments of any nature towards individuals, conditions or circumstances, as far as possible.

33. Especially as the low electrical forces are being taken, know and use these in thine own words as a meditation:

34. "I AM THINE, O GOD! USE ME AND MY ABILITIES IN A WAY AND MANNER THAT THEY MAY GLORIFY THEE IN MY RELATIONSHIPS TO MY FELLOW MAN. "THY WILL, O GOD, NOT MINE BE DONE IN AND THROUGH ME!"

35. With that attitude, that purpose, we will find abilities, creative forces becoming more and more an active influence in the experience of this body.

36. Ready for questions.

37. (Q) Why do I lack concentration and pep? and tire easily? (A) The effect of the poisons in the system, as we have indicated, that easily tire responses to the sympathetic nervous system and its reaction upon the impulses in brain forces. Hence, as indicated, the necessity for improving the eliminations and increasing the impulses to the activity of nerve forces in the manners indicated.

38. (Q) What is wrong with eyes? They seem to to be smaller? (A) As indicated, these are the natural effects of the CHARACTER of impulse being created upon the influences of the cerebrospinal system. Hence the needs, as indicated, of the rubs for the stimulating so that there may be a better coordination between the impulses from the cerebrospinal system to all the organs of the sensory forces.

39. (Q) Did a fall in childhood hurt me? (A) This as we find was a contributory cause to present disturbances.

40. (Q) Why do I suddenly put on weight? (A) When there is a better assimilation the natural inclination is for the system to attempt to build

1811-1 Page 5

resistance. Owing to the forms of disturbance and lack of the ability for sufficient activity, these tend to increase weight.

41. (Q) What causes the lack of attention from men? (A) This is only the reaction through those impulses within self. With the increasing of the tension to the whole of the system, we may find a better balance throughout. Do that given.

42. (Q) Have I sufficient magnetism? (A) This rises and falls easily, owing to the lack of ionization through the system. Hence the low electrical and vibratory form of activity necessary in the body.

43. (Q) Did my husband hurt my health? (A) Leave all such in the discard; for if there is to be no resentment there is to be no looking back. Look forward! Do not allow that which HAS been to interfere with that as MAY BE builded in the creative forces in the present.
