Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.C.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: As we find, there are improvements in the general physical conditions of the body; yet we find a great deal of weakness apparent from lack of nourishment.

3. While apparently this is very disturbing in some ways and manners, we find that there will not be a great deal of improvement unless there is sufficient rest from those activities through those areas where the disturbances have been indicated.

4. But gradually, now, there can be begun more of the strengthening foods, if these will be given in such manners - and the characters as may be indicated - so that there will not be the producing of a strain by the engorgement of those areas that indicate the disturbing forces.

5. And we should find gradually the strength coming back to the body.

6. Whole wheat, cracked wheat, cooked a long time, - especially or preferably steamed, for at least two and a half to three hours. Cut oats. These would now be well for the body. Of course, milk may be combined with these, but not too much of cream. A little sugar, or preferably even honey as the sweetening for same.

7. All of the vegetable juices may now be combined in the diet, just so there isn't too much grease in same. It would be better for the vegetables to be combined and then cooked in Patapar Paper, so that the salts of same may be combined with those portions that are eaten. These should be taken in small quantities at a time, but may be taken a little more often than the ordinary.

8. Then there should be kept the proper eliminations, or the colon cleansed sufficient to keep the refuse forces and toxic reaction removed from the system.

9. The rest we would keep much in the order as has been indicated.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) What should I do for chronic colitis? (A) High enemas are preferable for ANY activity through this area. These, though, should be taken with salt and soda in the solution; that is, a level teaspoonful of baking soda and a heaping teaspoonful of table salt to each half gallon of water used for such enema - and have the water body- temperature. And also, ALWAYS in the last water, after there has been the thorough cleansing from the first water, you see - use an antiseptic that will keep the area purified. As we find, the preferable antiseptic would be Glyco- Thymoline - about two tablespoonsful to a gallon and a half of water - that proportion, see?

12. (Q) How often should Oil Packs be given, when eliminations are free? (A) These Oil Packs are necessary to break up those clots and cakes, you see - but when the high enemas or colonics are being used to eliminate the feces that are activative through the system, the Packs should not be given oftener than every third or fifth day.

13. (Q) What are the Oil Packs for? (A) As just given, to break up those cakes through those areas where by dilation the hemorrhage tends to rise.

14. (Q) What vegetables may I eat, and what kind? (A) As indicated, if these are combined, the leafy as well as the root may be taken - but COMBINE these and cook them in their own salts. Most any of these, except the white potato.

15. (Q) Can I have raw egg and milk with little sugar? If so, how many each day? (A) These are not very well raw. Either have them cooked CODDLED or VERY HARD, and then only the yolk eaten if it is cooked hard, see? and this may be two or three during a day.

16. (Q) Have I ever had any tumors or cancers? (A) Rather as has been given, cakes or caking of the walls. Do those things as we have indicated, and we should find better relief for this body, [1820].

17. (Q) When should further instructions be given through this channel? (A) If these are followed, it should enable the body to go some six or eight weeks before it should be necessary even for other changes.

18. We are through with this Reading.
