Born October 27, 1884, in Avesta, Sweden. Time of Reading 3:55 to 5:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, and that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions that she submits, as I ask them:

2. EC: (In going back over the years from present - " - '31 - - changes in the attitudes - '30 - '24 - '23 - aplomb (?) [or - a plume?] in the year - '89 - yes - " etc., on back to birth date.)

3. Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [1825].

4. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them here, these - as given - are chosen with the desire and purpose that the experience may be a helpful one in this sojourn; that there may be a closer application of self to those influences as may bring the greater awareness of the oneness with the universal consciousness.

5. As to emblems and figures, these have meant and do at times mean a great deal, or they bring a message to the entity in the varied forms and manners.

6. The seal of life (and it will be well for the entity itself to draw this, for in the very act will come a concept of the union of Creative Energy or God and self, or the ego that makes application of these meanings):

7. A pyramid and an inverted one over same, with the lamb and the lotus upon either side of the lower triangle.

8. As will be seen, the interpretations of these are drawn from not only the astrological aspects and phases of the experience during the interims of such sojourn, but from the several sojourns of the entity in the material plane; and

1825-1 Page 2

its activities are drawn, to be sure, from the application of self to the Creative forces or principles in its relationships to others.

9. For as is understood by the entity, nothing is by chance, but is as this emblem - a pattern of that thought and manifested in the choices made by the entity in its relationships to things, conditions, and individual entities.

10. There is purpose, then, in the sojourns of an entity in materiality at ANY given period; as there is purpose in contacts, associations that one makes with others, in one's activity of seeking through materiality.

11. In the physical or material plane, one becomes subject to all of the laws of birth, decay, as well as to the laws of environment and heredity, as well as to the eternal forces - which are the spiritual aspects of each entity; just as the body, the mind and the soul are the patterns or the shadows of that which has been named or figures in the eternal realm of Father, son, Holy Spirit.

12. So we find in the interpreting of the aspects, that are as influences in the material experience of the present, these are as the entity's shadows of that which has been attempted, which has been accomplished - also of the failures or rebellions in those experiences through the relationships of the ENTITY; not body alone but entity, in its relationships to the whole.

13. As to the astrological - these that are governed here are not according to the time of birth, but rather as to the indwelling of the entity in its experiences through those lapses between the expressions in material forces, or in the earth.

14. Hence as we find, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus become the greater aspects in the entity's experience in the present.

15. In Venus we find the love of beauty, of those things that find harmony, peace and quiet in material expressions.

16. From Jupiter we find the benevolent expression of association with facts, figures, and things pertaining to groups and masses.

17. In Saturn we find the changes that have been of sudden nature in creating mental atmosphere as well as material environs.

18. In Uranus we find not only the beauty but the extremes, and the interest in those influences that are of the natures that take hold rather upon the mental and spiritual aspects of material or physical individuals.

19. All of these become expressed or manifested from the

1825-1 Page 3

urges that lie dormant OR manifested according to that choice taken by the entity as respecting that influence known as life and death, good and evil - choices - the will of the individual entity.

20. Knowing itself to be then a child of the Most High, a companion with that it chooses as the manner, the mode, the means of expressing that relationship in its dealings and in its influences with those it may meet.

21. Not that in materiality there is any good or any evil of itself, save as to the manner in which an individual entity may manifest same in those things that are as the fruits of the spirit or that take hold upon change or death.

22. As we find, as expressed or manifested in the dealings with others, so ye deal with thy Maker. As ye choose then peace, harmony, longsuffering, brotherly love, kindness, patience - these take hold as it were to the hand of the living God, as manifest in Him who walked in the earth.

23. While manifesting hate, jealousy, contention, those of that nature - one walks in the very valley of the shadow of death, as is so called.

24. Good, then, is a matter or manner of purpose in which one chooses. For each soul is as precious in the sight, the heart of the Creator as if it were thine own blood in thine own material body. And as such, it is that which makes for the awareness OF the relationship self bears to LIFE - which is the manifestation of that force called God.

25. As to the material sojourns in the earth, with this entity we find them quite varied, and under very unusual circumstances. They, the experiences, when compared to the material understanding in the present, may not be wholly understood. When compared to that which is the pattern of life, then there may be gathered a glimpse of that which has been held as the purpose of the entity through its choices in material sojourns.

26. Beautiful have been many - hard from the standpoint of material gains or materiality in others.

27. Before this we find the entity was in the land of the present sojourn, during those periods when there were the first settlings there.

28. Then entity was among those first born, or among the early births in this particular land, or in those places near what is now a part of Vinland or Connecticut.

29. And if there is a journeying to portions of the land, especially along the coastline of same, it will be found that there will be brought memories, as it were.

30. For as indicated by the very emblem itself, the inner self touches oft as to the descending pyramid to that point

1825-1 Page 4

where as He gave, "I will bring to your remembrance ALL things from the beginning - for ye were with me in the beginning."

31. There we find the entity, in the name Hlanan (Vistro).

32. Vistro Hlanan was active in those experiences as to freedom of thought, of expression, and in bringing to others the realization that in nature might be found the lessons through which many might gain the better understanding of their relationships not only to the things about them but to the universe.

33. And a study of same has been and is innate within the experiences of the entity in the present, as also the abilities for the choice of things that pertain to the gratifying or satisfying of home conditions for others.

34. Before that we find the entity was in a part of the Promised Land, during those periods when there was the spreading of the teachings of the disciples of the Master.

35. The entity was young in years during those periods when there were the gatherings of the many following the death of the Christ on the Cross, or at Pentecost.

36. There we find the entity was among those gathered, and among the first to recognize that those teachings, those conversations of the followers on that day were being spoken in such manners as to be understood in the hearts and minds of those who spoke not the language of those Galileans.

37. The entity was among those who came from the land about Thessalonica and hence spoke a different tongue from the Galileans; yet coming under the influence of the teachings of the Holy Women, as well as especially John and Philip, and again especially that one who first became the Martyr for a cause - Stephen - being of that same land.

38. When there was the establishing then of the church in Thessalonica, the entity returned there, becoming then the helpmeet to one Cleopas who was the elder of the church to which Lucius AND Paul ministered during those periods of the activities.

39. There we find the entity was especially given in the arts of the weaving, and in the manners of dress, - especially the character of the plaids that were a part of the activities in that particular portion of the land during the entity's sojourn there.

40. THROUGHOUT its experience in that sojourn the entity gained, becoming a help to the minister's wife through those periods of interrupted activity in the church there; aiding in the contributing to the needs of those who were less fortunate, those who were persecuted, and those who depended upon the ministering.

1825-1 Page 5

41. Is it any wonder, then, that in the very hands of the entity in the present there is healing - as they minister to the needs, the activities of others?

42. Is there any wonder that there is particular emphasis in the present experience of the entity upon that message given by Stephen, or the teachings there that are especially recorded in Luke?

43. For the entity, as in that experience, may in the present best gain the insight into the revelations as come to those who love Him, through those ministrations in the conversation, in the gentle manner, in which those lessons may be given that the trust in Him brings that peach which is the promise of that Master whom the entity served so well among its fellow men during that experience.

44. Then name then was Lydia; giving then in the present greater and greater thought to those tenets, those lessons, those activities of those who ministered to the needs.

45. And the assurance that comes to the entity in such ministrations only makes for the KNOWING in whom ye have believed, and that He IS able to keep that ye have committed to Him against that day.

46. Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as the Egyptian, during those periods when there was the understanding gained by the ministrations and activities in the days when Joseph ruled in that land.

47. The entity then was among the Princesses of Egypt, and of that King who made for the establishing of that closer relationship to those who had chosen to serve the living God, rather than to serve their own selves.

48. For the entity was acquainted with and oft associated with Joseph, the incarnation of Him whom the entity later served so well in Thessalonica!

49. There the entity gained through the experiences in aiding those who were of the low degree or caste to become acquainted with the forces and powers that brought the greater comprehension and activities of the people in that sojourn.

50. Hence we will find in the present experience a lesson in the life of Joseph that is nowhere else gained in the writings of the Old Testament.

51. Then the entity was in the name Zerlva.

52. In the present application of self in respect to the lessons, the innate forces gained there, it is seen that there are the abilities to question with those who are seeking here and there for a greater comprehension of what the experience in materiality is all about - that which will give them, as then, an insight into the fact that it is the

1825-1 Page 6

practice of the principle of patience that gives the development. For as He gave, "In patience ye become aware of your souls."

53. Before that we find the entity was in that land when there were those activities in which the chosen of the Lord, as recorded, were making for those activities which later brought about the dwellings of him called father of the faithful.

54. The entity then was among the daughters of Heth from whom Abraham purchased the land near Socoh [Gen. 23, 10 miles S.W. of Hebron].

55. The entity was acquainted with that patriarch, though - as considered in those days - of an unknown peoples; yet through the activities viewed by the entity as to same there was aroused that which brought a longing for a knowledge of a something of which the entity had heard.

56. For the manner in which Abraham, Isaac and Sarah - and even Ishmael - were in the care of their own brought the love of a home; yet to the entity - as in the present - seeking rather the knowledge of that city not built with hands, but rather that eternal in the heart and soul of those.

57. Hence we find again those abilities of ministering, of teaching - not as proclaiming but in LIVING, and in the quietness of the conversation, being able to give that which awakens within the minds and hearts of others that search for that which the entity finds in its emblem - the lamb AND the lotus, in purity that touches even to the lips of God.

58. Before that we find the entity was in the Egyptian land during those periods of turmoil and strife, when the Priest Ra-Ta had been banished, and there was the entering of those from Atlantis.

59. We find the entity was among those who had been of the Priest's own household; divining through the knowledge of the stars, the earth, the land, the sea; calling to mind all of those when the turmoils arose - as to the needs of the entities and individuals turning to that thought as had been expressed by Ra-Ta.

60. The entity was a sister to that Priest, and hence through the quietness of the activity, through the messages given to the peoples in the periods of ministration for those who were ill and for those who would search for the knowledge of things to come, the things to be, the entity was able to make overtures that brought the Priest back from the banishment.

61. Through those periods of restoration we find the entity was instrumental in establishing the activity in the Temple

1825-1 Page 7

of Sacrifice, and more especially in the Temple Beautiful.

62. Hence fabrics and how they weave into the hearts and minds and souls by the LITTLE things, as they weave into the experiences and souls and hearts of men and women, become a part of the entity in this experience.

63. The name then was Ra-dundo.

64. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain, and how:

65. As has been indicated through the seal - as its vision draws into the experiences of the entity through the material sojourns - if these are applied in the present they may bring the greater awareness of the close relationship to Creative Forces - yea, to God - in that "As ye abide in me and I in thee, and I in the Father, so may ye become a channel through which the glory of the Father may be manifested in the earth."

66. So, let thy heart be glad that He, as He walks with thee, will open the door of thy heart to the greater purposes that lie before thee in feeding the lambs of God! in giving His sheep not only pasture but water! For He indeed is the water of life, the bread of life. He is the vine, and ye are indeed a branch bearing fruit in Him.

67. These are thy ways, then - the Lord's ways! Blessed be thou among thy brethren!

68. Ready for questions.

69. (Q) What is my next step for spiritual growth and healing service? (A) Begin where thou art. For in His name is strength and power. Meditate upon His promises. Make them thine own by applying them in thy dealings with thy fellow man, day by day. Ye are upon the road. Be not dismayed by doubt or fear.

70. (Q) Would you advise my establishing a home in California this year? (A) This will be very well if all the material environs point to that for the better relationships.

71. (Q) Is it indicated through these sources that gold is to be found on my land in Lomarica, near Marysville, California? (A) It will be found - without a doubt.

72. (Q) How and where have I been associated in the past with my friend Lottie [...], and what are the urges brought forward in the present? (A) In more than one experience we find an association. In the one just before this - which brings confusing urges at times, as there were misunderstandings.

1825-1 Page 8

In the periods and activities in the land of Thessalonica, we find closer relationships. These are very good, and WELL to be kept.

73. (Q) With Howard [...]? (A) This we find only as in the present, though there are LATENT hearsays.

74. (Q) Dr. Strath Gordon - was he Luke? (A) This will be best found by comparison.

75. (Q) Would resigning from Christian Science movement be wise and a step of progress for me? (A) Do not resign - rather build on those promises in same. Not to be wholly embraced as directed by those influences in the present, but that which is good hold fast to!

76. (Q) Is Christian Science the revelation to this age, and the comforter spoken of in St. John's vision? (A) No. Rather is it the little book that becomes bitter.

77. (Q) Was sculpturing one of my talents in times past? (A) That of brocading more than of sculpturing, though an admirer of same - of course - in Thessalonica as well as in Egypt. This would not have been called sculpturing then, but the figures upon which there were the touchstones during the initiations in the Temple Beautiful were creations of the entity's hands.

78. (Q) Why do I draw so many unhappy experiences when I desire the light more than anything? (A) Consider that as has been given - that as He is the vine and as ye are indeed the branch that beareth much fruit, He purgeth it that it may bring forth more fruit. Patience, my child! for ye shall know the truth that shall indeed make thee free - as ye have been, as ye were. Draw thy life pattern, as has been given - and in the drawing and interpreting of same find thy strength, thy faults, and the manners to overcome.
