1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1830] this we have had before.
3. As we find, there is great deal of change for the better. There is less disturbance in the eliminating system, and thus the pressure in the blood supply is better.
4. The poisons through the system, as we find, are also less disturbing. However, there are those tendencies still that exist, naturally; and there needs to be the precautions as to diet, as to activities, and as to keeping the eliminations well in hand.
5. We find that keeping up occasionally the whole of the suggestions as we have indicated - that is, at regular periods of from one month to six weeks apart - will keep the body much nearer to normal conditions, and prevent a great deal of disturbances from arising in the general physical functionings.
6. These we would do.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) What causes the blood pressure and what should be done for it? (A) Just as indicated, it has been improved. It is caused by that as we have outlined, the accumulation of toxic forces in the body and a plethoric condition in portions of the colon. Occasionally, if there will be kept the colon cleansing as we have indicated, it will keep down the pressure. We see that it is at least thirty points lower now than when we first had the body here, see; yet this is a little above normal in the present. But as given, if the precautions are kept as to diet, and then about every six weeks a period kept of taking those properties and activities outlined for

the body, there will be the keeping nearer to normal.
9. (Q) Is there any organic heart trouble? (A) Not organic heart trouble. It is of the poisons in the system, that tend to make for the disturbance, see? And this is of a functional nature, not of an organic nature.
10. (Q) What should the diet be in the present? (A) This has been outlined for the body heretofore. Keep away from starches of too great a quantity. As indicated, there is more in the combination of foods than in the foods themselves. Do not eat too much of red meats. Seldom, if ever, should hog meats be taken; though fish, fowl or lamb may be taken - these are preferable - though never fried. Of course, the leafy vegetables are preferable to those that grow under the grounds; and of course two or three of the leafy and one of the pod should be used to one growing under the ground. Lettuce, carrots, celery , and those that may be be eaten raw, should be the greater part of one meal every day. Do these for the diet. Do not overtax the body, but some exercise most every day.
11. (Q) Any other advice? (A) A far as any coffee, tea or the like is concerned, - these in moderation, of course, are not harmful. Much - or too much of either of these would become hard on the digestion. Any cereal drink is preferable. Coffee once a day. Do not take any carbonated drinks. The correct attitudes of the body are very necessary. Be expectant for creative influence; that is, not merely being good but being consciously good for something; thinking of others, doing for others, being to others what you would like others to be to you if the conditions were reversed.
12. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (GD's note: For reducing, and to create appetite for the right type of food: About thirty minutes before each meal, stir three ounces of Welch's Grape Juice and one ounce of plain water - not carbonated - in a glass and drink. Do this regularly for several weeks at the time, then leave off a week or two, and repeat.)
