Time of Reading 4:35 to 4:50 P. M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time. ..., N.J.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1844]; this we have had before.

3. Great changes have come about in this body since we had this here before; not only in the general mental and physical conditions but in the attitude of the body to its surroundings, its environs - and these will contribute, now, a great deal more to the betterment, to the purposes, to the attitudes, not only of the body but of those with whom the body may come in contact.

4. As to those conditions in the physical forces of the body, we find that the vision in the injured eye has improved more than forty percent - yea, more than forty-five percent.

5. We would now have rather periods of osteopathic adjustments; these made with special reference, now, to setting up drainages from the neck, the head, and to the optic centers. This, of course, would be done gently, yet firmly; from the 3rd and 4th dorsal to the 1st cervical; including, of course, the centers about the head - this means close to the under portion of the ear, to the forward portion of the temple, and between the eyes themselves, and above the eye socket - where nerves enter those portions of the structural body itself.

6. These treatments we would take in series; at least twice a week for three weeks, then leave them off for a month - but don't stop. Begin then again, and let the BODY respond.

7. The same we would do with the very low electrical treatments, where there is the application of the low electrical forces to the eyeball itself; only these we would not take during the periods of the osteopathic adjustments, but during the periods of rest from the adjustments. Only

take, though, one each week. To be sure, there will be questions by the physician that applies this; but make up your mind whether you want to do that which will IMPROVE, or listen to that which is just "guessing."

8. Then, in the mental attitudes - here, much depends upon the usefulness of the body, the mind itself. There should be the attitudes not only of hopefulness, but of daily, practical application. In everything ye do for others, let it be with that mind for an expression of thankfulness to thy Maker. For, all healing of ANY nature - ALL healing - must come from the divine; else there is no healing.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Is there any hope of ever being able to see enough out of the afflicted eye that the army would accept me? (A) If the desire of the body is to serve in that capacity, it may be attained. As we have indicated heretofore, there will be BETTER than eighty percent vision in the afflicted eye. And there are many in the army who don't have that much in both of them put together!

11. (Q) Is the work I do hindering the cure of my eyesight? (A) Not a hindrance; but DO be reminded to keep the attitude constructive. For, to any soul, to this particular soul - if the activity is looked upon as a drudge, or as an affliction of any kind, it becomes harmful and detrimental, and aggravating to any physical or mental influence in the body. Remember that. All should.

12. (Q) Would my eyesight improve if I took an outdoor job, - by that, I mean, change my surroundings? (A) Not for at least one or two more series of the treatments. For, while the general health might be benefited by the outdoor exercise, the glare, the severeness of changes to the vision would not be as well. Too quick response at times, of course, becomes harmful to that already needing more strength and vitality from the whole body.

13. (Q) What causes the breaking out on hands and face? (A) Lack of coordination in the eliminating system. Alternate properties for the eliminations, either through the diet or the use of properties that may aid in stimulating the eliminations. If laxatives are used, let these be not altogether of a vegetable nature nor altogether minerals, but alternate these. Do not take such as a continuous stimuli but change the character of the diet

occasionally for better eliminations.

14. (Q) Should I go on any diet? (A) Keep a well-balanced diet, but keep away from fried foods.

15. (Q) Is there anything mentally I can do that will enable me to see more? (A) As has been indicated. Remember, the attitude has much to do with it. Let thy associations with those about thee, thy family, thy friends - yea, those that ye do not like - be such as to express a thanksgiving to thy Maker.
