Time of Reading 4:05 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions; as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Progress is very good in many ways with this body. There are times when the entity finds that the abilities in its meditation apparently far surpass those it may become aware of in other respects. This is a normal condition, and yet being able to be aware of and to control same is the ability to bring in the consciousness the influences for creating a better activity through the body.

3. For, it is the activity of the body when there is the consciousness given to each cellular force - that replenishes or rebuilds the ability to be at-onement with Creative Forces, or God, as manifested in the Son - that brings the ability to heal one's own self.

4. Those things added are merely assistants or boosters to keep this ability of spiritual attunement - the mechanical activities, the massage; keeping a better attunement between cerebrospinal and sympathetic nervous system, or the physical organism and the imaginative system, or the mental body and the physical body.

5. These we would continue.

6. Vitamins have been indicated - in that the ability of the general forces in the body, the activities and the energies of the body have been depleted or used up - to keep the vital forces ever on that alertness for physical and mental awareness of the spiritual activities. These we would gradually leave off, dependent upon the diet and the ability of the body to be active in the open. But keep them up through the periods of cold, and when there is not as much sun in which the body may exercise; and we will find the mechanical adjustments not only more helpful but the physical, mental and spiritual being kept in better or closer accord.

7. Ready for questions.
