Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ill.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. As we find, there may be given that which will be materially beneficial to the better physical forces of this body. Yet, if there would be the fulfilling of the abilities, and of the great exceptional qualities in many respects that are a part of this body, we find that a Vocational or Life Reading of the entity's experience might be made much more beneficial - in aiding that application for the physical forces to be more effective, and of a greater preventative nature for this body.
4. For, as we find, there ARE many factors that go to make up the disturbing conditions. These in the greater portion are emotional; and while they produce a great deal of physical disturbance through the body at times, these may be made much more beneficial with the proper analysis, and then the application of those abilities that are a part of this entity now called, [1890].
5. These as we find that disturb the body in the present, then, arise more from nerves and their reaction upon the glandular system and forces of the body. Not that the body has become hypochondriacal even in its reactions, but those inclinations and tendencies from the high emotional nature are becoming more and more a part of the GENERAL reaction in the body.
6. So oft has the body in its nerve tensions been so close to the breaking point that we find all of the circulatory forces, all of the nerve system as a part - physically - of the disturbing conditions; yet no one of these may be said to be a great center of disturbance.
7. Hence we would give that there be the CONSISTENT administrations of thorough hydrotherapy treatments each

week, with the hot and cold water applications, for about six to ten weeks. When these are done, we would have the light sweats - and then the hot and cold water applications. These would be especially along the spinal system and across the diaphragm area of the abdomen; and then the thorough rubdown, first with the salt and rum, and then with an equal combination of Olive Oil, Pine Oil and Peanut Oil - just what the body will absorb. Add the Pine Oil first, then the Olive Oil and then the Peanut Oil - equal portions.
8. After lying for a rest period of twenty to thirty minutes after such a rub, the body would be massaged or sponged off, and then the rub alcohol used.
9. Also we would use EACH DAY the very low electrical vibration through the Radio-Active Appliance, to quiet the body. This would be used preferably as the body rests in the afternoon, or evening - for about an hour; and the body should be consistent with taking such periods of rest.
10. Doing all of these persistently, and combined with those suggestions as may be made for the mental and spiritual application of the abilities of this body, we may bring to the body the OUTLET for a greater activity in EVERY form and manner; making for the alleviation of those pessimistic attitudes which so oft have been a part of the reactions from the high emotional natures or conditions which have arisen; and giving more of a peace and harmony within the experiences of this body.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Any advice regarding diet? (A) This has been rather a saving grace for the body, except at periods. The plain, regular foods are the more preferable. Not too much of highly seasoned foods, nor any GENERAL routine. Rather, we might say - with these attitudes and applications as indicated - what the body would "call for."
13. (Q) Which name would be best for her to use, [...] or [...]? (A) This, as we have indicated, may be best given through an analysis of the life experience and the experiences in the material plane.
14. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Mrs. [1765] (5/22/39 GD's note: See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions for Hydrotherapist; also leaflet as to Radio-Active Appliance.
