Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. Now as we find, disturbances here are rather deep-seated; because not only are the physical forces of the body disturbed, but the mental anguish, the mental attitude has and does become a part of that which becomes a contributory to the physical disturbances in the system.
4. These as we find - the physical - arise primarily from a nerve condition, and yet involving the organs of the circulatory system as related to the assimilating and eliminating forces of the body.
5. Hence we find that not only are there the inabilities for the proper assimilation, but the organs of the digestive system become involved in the nervous disturbances which arise; producing those conditions in parts of the system which affect the normal flow of the circulatory forces - as indicated in the extremities, as in the inability at times for any foods to act properly.
6. Thus the liver, the heart, the kidneys, and those activities of both the spleen AND its activity with the system make for the reactions that occur.
7. This as we find will require a great deal of suggestion on the part of one that would administer ANY of the applications for the beneficial physical reactions.
8. It will require that all of those ABOUT the body make constant suggestions of a constructive nature for the body, - that is, in their conversation. Of course, if it becomes merely as routine, it would defeat the purpose; but have more of optimism, more of the hopeful activities and not pessimistic or disturbing conditions anywhere, or in any associations or conversations to or around the body; keeping

as much of a helpful force as is practical.
9. At least twice each week, for about an hour to two hours at a time, we would apply the hot and cold water packs, alternately, across the abdomen and especially the liver and across the small of the back - first hot and then cold, you see, once right after the other.
10. Also we find that the gentle massage, given in a neuropathic manner, to quiet the nervous forces would be the more preferable.
11. Those properties that will cause better assimilation, and an activity of the liver, would be recommended in and with the diet - and those foods that are the more easily assimilated. No fried foods nor any quantities of grease.
12. Half a teaspoonful of Alcaroid taken after each meal would also be recommended; and the Caroid and Bile Salts tablets should be taken sufficient to get full activity through the liver AND the alimentary canal.
13. Occasionally we would use enemas to relieve the tensions in the colon area.
14. All of these applications we would keep persistently.
15. Also we would use the low Wet Cell Appliance carrying ONLY Gold - the proportions of the Solution being fifteen grains Chloride of Gold to thirty ounces of Distilled Water, for this body - to be used in the Appliance, vibratorially, you see. The attachments of the Appliance would be as follows:
16. The smaller copper plate would be attached to the 9th dorsal, while the larger nickel plate - through which the Gold Solution passes - would be attached to the umbilical and lacteal duct plexus.
17. And when used, let the body sit rather than reclining; and put the hands in a saline solution - not too cold, not too hot - the proportions being a level tablespoonful of salt to a quart of water, and this is an enamel or glass container; NOT in a metal or tin container of any character, but either glass OR enamel, see?
18. This Appliance would be kept on for thirty minutes once each day; used for five days, left off for five days, then used again for five days, and so on. Change the Gold Solution every FIFTEEN days, and the charge solution for the Appliance every twenty-eight days.
19. Do these and we will bring the better forces and conditions for this body.
20. Of course, keep the attitudes of those about the body cheerful, and more and more enthusiastic about the activities of the BODY itself.
21. Ready for questions.

22. We are through for the present. Copy to Mr. [...] [son] - Special Delivery " " Ass'n file (See illustration [which was enclosed] of Wet Cell Appliance and how prepared for use. Mrs. [394] used this type of Appliance, and perhaps she still has it. If you cannot obtain the materials there for charging the Appliance - as indicated in the directions - they may be ordered from the Health Home Remedies Corp., P.O. Box 273, Norfolk, Va. For the neuropathic massage we would recommend Dr. Nona Grapes [N.D.] of Selma. Someone in the family should be able to give the hot and cold packs. The Alcaroid, and the Caroid and Bile Salt Tablets should be obtained at most nay drug store. If everything is not clear, let us know. At your convenience we would appreciate a history of this case to the time of obtaining the Reading, so we may have something with which to compare our information. This is valuable for our records.) )
