1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1909]. Now, we find in the body physical there are conditions of which the body should be warned, and in the correcting of conditions physical in the present prevent disturbances in a later period, and giving a better physical body as a channel for the mental and spiritual to manifest.

2. The body physically, the body mentally, should take cognizance first of the abilities within self to raise the consciousness of self to that position wherein many of the conditions that might become harmful would be guarded against; also that there lies within the own conditions in self that wherein the sources - as well as that that may aid the physical in its proper contacts, in its proper associations - may meet those conditions that arise within the physical. This NOT the heritage of all, to be sure; but in THIS body, in the present development, in the present attitude, in the present relationships to the mental world, to the spiritual associations, the entity may so attune self, self's consciousness, as to gain an access into those unseen forces - where the bodily ills may be understood, the bodily conditions and necessities may be known and applied in the present relationships.

3. In the body physical, these conditions we find:

4. While there are abnormalities to other bodies that to the body have become normal conditions, there are also those tendencies for the body to draw on the strength, the vitality, the energy from within, without due respect to the proper replenishing or rebuilding of same. Especially is this seen in the manner of the assimilated forces for the system - the blood supply. Not that there are ELEMENTS in the blood that are destructive in their nature, but there is the lack of the proper balancing of the vitamins within the system for the full resuscitation of the energies of the body, whether considered from body building, nerve building, or replenishing of those associations between the mental and

the physical body.

5. The diet - as the body sees and understands - is as necessary element as ANY that may be chosen. As the body builds mentally, so may the body build physically by the choice of those foods or valuations from same that will sustain or maintain - within a developing influence IN the physical forces - that proper relationship between a mental, a spiritual, and even physical forces in same. That the forces in the assimilative system are not wholly in accord has been builded by conditions that have arisen in the system through the not taking of the precautions in the diet, as well as in the eliminations of the system; so that there are those resultant forces in the pulsation, the pressure, an alteration in heart's action, the changes that come for those pressures to the head. Especially there are some teeth that need local attention. These may be looked after easily - lower left.

6. In meeting, then, the needs of the various forces, this may be done either mechanically or applied within self with the due attention given to the proper amount and character of the exercises, as well as the proper attention to the dietetics of the body physically, materially; and in so doing the body may gain the better reaction from assistance. Possibly, in the first applications of the changes, those conditions to assist in the eliminations would be through a stimuli of those centers from all such radial forces, and as the digestive forces - in the 6th, 7th, 8th dorsal; also a stimuli in the activities of the forces from the lower lumbar that make for a more easy application of those things that ARE assimilated to the circulatory system, enabling the body physical to rid itself of those conditions which prevent the body, mentally AND spiritually, from raising the consciousness, even to that of the brain itself, as to pour into the whole system those resuscitating forces of life in a material body.

7. With these, then, we would have:

8. Be mindful that the diets are those that add iron, silicon, magnesium, and phosphorus, to the body; that the activities are those that keep in motion (that is, the mechanical activities) the central or rotary portions of the pelvic organs, with the eliminating and digestive system - that is, as of circulatory motions of the body just before retiring, and a setting up exercise of the body just after arising in the morning; keeping the body - internally, externally, and the mind - clean!

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) How about the eyesight?

1909-2 Page 3

(A) With the keeping of an even flow of the blood supply, we will find the eyesight will continue to improve - for, as was seen with the necessity of cutting off the vision in the one, the resuscitating of the forces in the other comes from a whole system. Then, with those movements that may be mechanically made in the upper dorsal and cervical, these will aid the circulation. As has been given (though not wholly true), as the liver is so does the sensory system respond, so does the mind see; as the blood supply (truly) of the body replenishes, so does first the sensory organisms respond, and the soul enlarge.

11. (Q) Should these stimulations be given osteopathically? (A) These would be well, in the beginning - though, as we said - or have given, there lies the ability within the entity itself to raise its own consciousness to make that which it will desire, will the desire be kept in accord with that it attempts to accomplish.

12. (Q) What should the diet be? (A) This may be as a sample, though it may be altered - to be sure! Mornings - citrous fruit. Do not mingle citrous fruits with any cereal, though eggs OR bacon (if crisp) may be taken at the same meal. Noon - should be a liquid diet, or sea foods, shell foods, or such. Evenings - a light meat diet, or a full vegetable diet with plenty of nuts. Don't leave out too many sweets, but don't eat too many sweets! Keep them well balanced, but rather in the evenings.

13. That is all the questions.

14. Much may be given to this body as respecting the abilities that may be builded within self, especially as would be related to telepathic influences the entity or body-mind may have upon associates. Beware, or be warned - do not abuse same, and call that upon self that would be called from another! Do not ask another to do that you would NOT do your own self. We are through.
