1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [1925], present in the room, and the information which was received through these sources on March 17, 1931. You will have especially the ... Bank of ..., Va., in which [1925] is associated, and the various individuals connected with him in this organization. You will answer the questions which he will ask you regarding these.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind of [1925], present in this room - this we have had before; also associations and relations as respecting affairs, conditions and individuals of ... Bank.
3. In the PHYSICAL forces of the body [1925] we find there are some physical and mental worries that have changed or altered conditions in and with the body since last we had same [3/17/31 See 1925-2, Par. 4-A, 5-A]. There needs be physically that some conditions, that have been minor in their nature, be looked after - lest they BECOME such as would be detrimental to the body physical, and to the best development of the body.
4. In the body MENTAL, and the associations therewith, some worries that are of an individual nature have arisen. These are not ALTOGETHER of the BUSINESS nature, yet are so associated and so affiliated with individual interests as to make for some definite steps, or some definite stand to be taken by the individual, individuals, and by self. These, as we find, must be taken in a wholehearted manner, as to consider the surroundings, the outcomes, the various individuals as are interested, and the EFFECT that the associations have UPON the public in a manner that may be evil spoken of - and when there are those conditions that make for little undercurrents, that question marks are put behind those activities - as well as those of business relations - these may cause MUCH disorder. Ready for questions.
5. In the PHYSICAL forces of the body, we would be mindful of those conditions as arise from drosses, or poisons being
1925-3 Page 2
left in system from not ELIMINATING properly in COORDINATIONS of eliminations, as well as SPECIFIC conditions that are affected by those nerve pressures in body - especially at the present (which has been existent, or gradually increasing for some time) to those of the sensory organism, as makes for disturbances in the auditory forces of the body, affecting the inner ear. In THIS respect, we would have some local applications - as well as a GENERAL application for the stimulating of the eliminations from these portions of the system. WE would have that type, or that NATURE of application in such conditions as outlined or practiced by one Richardson. Also we would have a stimuli for the removal of those drosses, from especially the colon. These we would have through the colonics, as taken occasionally, which will RELIEVE the pressure for the blood - as well as that to the central nervous system. Do that.
6. (Q) Will that relieve the deafness? (A) Isn't that what we have been talking about?
7. (Q) In following out information given in last reading, I find that the individual mentioned in connection with seeing a certain woman while on a business trip denies having seen this woman [See 1925-2, Par. 16-A, 17-A, 23-A]. (A) (Interrupting) He's denied other things before, hasn't he?
8. (Q) How should I follow this up? (A) The INDIVIDUALS, or INDIVIDUAL as referred to - there has existed, as has been given, and as is seen, an intimacy that has been of long standing, and there is builded such conditions, that unless there are changes - other than just the MATERIAL sides of the individual's life - then would be well to make some drastic changes in the relationships. Will these changes be, then these may ALTER circumstances or relations - yet those that HAVE ACTED in this manner are not to be trusted until they have, OF THEMSELVES, MADE those movements for a change - not only PHYSICAL but MENTAL as well. Man often looketh on the outward appearance. GOD looketh on the heart. Do not attempt to judge those of material conditions by spiritual laws, nor attempt to judge those of spiritual laws by PHYSICAL reactions. Each in their sphere, their activity - yet when the acts of a body, and the speaking of the activities are wholly in accord, they may be called one - but when doubt and distrust has been created, then be mindful that these are right themselves - not only with the materials but the sources of their activities.
9. (Q) What should I say to the individual, and how can
1925-3 Page 3
this matter be cleaned up for the sake of all concerned? (A) That if there are to be no physical relationships or activities, or the thoughts mental, the body's physical reactions with others to be kept in accord with that as is claimed by the body. "By their fruits ye shall know them", for oft do the actions speak so loud that what is HEARD is NOT understood, but when those conditions are clarified by the activities - then may the relationships exist as they have been.
10. (Q) Is Ed [...] the individual referred to in the last reading? (A) This happened in North Carolina - see?
11. (Q) Then it was not Ed [...]? (A) We haven't any Ed [...] here!
12. (Q) In previous reading, as given, build a home. How can this be financed at this time? (A) This may be financed through those interests that the body may interest self in through these sources, if so desired - after the middle or the 19th of present month, or they may be financed through those holdings that have been intimated through the assistance given in the direction of those of kindred interests - THESE, or EITHER of these may be used.
13. (Q) In the organization of the bank, [R...], [B...] and [L...] are causing me some serious concern. How should each of these be handled for the best interest of the organization? (A) Each in their respective sphere and interest are, and have been, using other CONDITIONS to bring about some pressures. These may be best clarified by dealing with each individual in that sphere IN which each are MOST VITALLY interested - and when this fails in its application, be well to make some definite changes.
14. (Q) How should [R...] be handled? (A) Through the same manners as has been given - see?
15. (Q) How should [B...] be handled? (A) As given, each must be handled through that interest in which each are interested PERSONALLY - see?
16. (Q) Should I sell the Ohio Oil stock which I own and buy a more profitable stock? If so, what would be a good buy? (A) Wait until after the 19th or 20th of present month before ANY change in THIS direction would be made.
17. (Q) A proposition of becoming interested in a men's clothing business has been presented to me. Would this be a good proposition for me at this time? (A) We would not consider so, though there are some conditions as brought about by this condition that SEEM, on the FACE of same, as to be MOST profitable, most promising - but there are too many questionings in some directions at
1925-3 Page 4
the present time. Later this may be considered.
18. (Q) Should I buy the bankrupt pickle factory which is to be placed on sale tomorrow? Will this prove a good buy? (A) May be forced to, through some of the conditions as surround same. This CAN be made profitable.
19. (Q) Would you advise me to buy it? (A) Would advise to buy.
20. (Q) Please give me a general survey of the trend of business conditions in this vicinity during the next six months that may be of help to me in my business. (A) There are to be, as we find (this, to be sure, a GENERAL outline), an INCREASING optimism in general conditions until at least the early portion of May - then there will be the reactory period that SEEMINGLY comes at an inopportune time for the GENERAL outlook, but with the influx of many interests in this particular vicinity in June, and that following same, will make for a most satisfactory season in all industrials in THIS vicinity.
