1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [1947], present in this room, who seeks information, advice and guidance as to her health, the physical and material welfare of self and children. You will answer the questions she submits, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [1947], present in this room.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) What causes soreness in my right arm? (A) Toxic conditions that are existent from incomplete eliminations have caused a pressure upon those areas through the caecum, producing that reflex in the arm. We would take better precautions as to eliminations and the keeping of a better balance with the laxative reactions, and we will find that these conditions will disappear. We find that the ENO SALTS would be a good eliminant for the body, if taken in small doses each day for at least a period of five to six days at a time; also the more of raw vegetables in the diet - as lettuce, carrots and the like.

5. (Q) What is condition of gums and teeth? (A) We find that these show some improvement as to the general condition. Specifically, we find that some local attention is needed. The use here of Ipsab, consistently - that is, at least once or twice a week to thoroughly massage the gums with same - would be well; and then the regular or whatever cleanser is desired. We find that this will make a great deal of difference with the teeth.

6. (Q) Is there a reliable specialist in Norfolk to attend to these? (A) We would prefer one at the Beach; Brooks. [T. Lea Brooks, Jr., D.D.S.]

7. (Q) What causes occasional sinking spells during which I feel faint and everything turns black? (A) This is the effect of the same condition as we have indicated, that is a part of the toxic reactions in the system. We will find that the use of the properties indicated will be effective. This is the Eno Salts, you see - which is a fruit salts, and not a mineral.

8. (Q) The occasional numbness in leg? (A) Again the effect of these toxic conditions. We find that these will be materially aided also by the corrections osteopathically, occasionally, for the optics and the nerve forces of same - if there is the correction through the lumbar and sacral as the poisons are removed, - for the releasing of the tensions by a general relaxation will be beneficial to the body for these disturbances.

9. (Q) Has my hearing condition improved? (A) This as we find is on the improve, as is also the vision.

10. (Q) Will it improve further? (A) It should.

11. (Q) Will it become normal, if so when? (A) As to normalcy, this will depend very much upon the activities of the entity in the various conditions related to the atmospheric pressures. For, this is a part of those conditions as we have indicated that would be part of the experience in the environs of the West. With the proper corrections made, and these general activities of the body as we have indicated, there should be near to normal conditions. Also we find that, now, the head and neck exercises taken consistently would be most helpful.

12. (Q) How many more treatments are necessary with Dr. Richardson? (A) Three to five should be sufficient.

13. (Q) When should I have glasses fitted? (A) Some five to eight days after the treatments have been completed.

14. (Q) Who should I have to fit my glasses? (A) Any good optometrist.

15. (Q) Are there any other mechanical devices I should use in connection with my physical development projects for others? (A) This will depend upon the individuals. For, each individual is ofttimes found to be a law unto himself, - although there are general principles that work throughout. As we find, this will depend upon what type of mechanical

applications are needed for the individual conditions. Of course, the general devices as used for weights or exercises, or elasticity, or any of the GENERAL things are the better. These fit the more, and can be varied to fit the individual the better.

16. (Q) Are there any better devices than the McGregor beauty cabinet? (A) As we find, this is such that it can be used in a way there are few, if any, that are better.

17. (Q) Should or could the adult part of the profession be started in a department store, or in conjunction with it? (A) This as we find might be started in this way and manner; but if there are the classes with the connection of the school, these had best be rather in connection with some individual place, rather than with department activities.

18. (Q) Is my daughter [2004]'s health better? Are there any suggestions for help for her? (A) As we find, in a general manner the health is improved. We would give no specific suggestions, other than the general precautions as have been indicated. These would be the manners in which to keep the activities of [2004].

19. (Q) Both at the Beach here and in Santa Barbara, how can I provide adequate protection for my daughter [2005]'s protection, since she is in evident danger near large bodies of water? (A) The evident danger near large bodies of water should be understood, as has been indicated; that the body itself, IN, ON large bodies of water, attracts or brings the dangers. To be near large bodies of water, yet to refrain from the activities IN or UPON same, makes a difference!

20. (Q) She loves to go swimming; so - (A) (Interrupting) Then let this be in pools rather than in the large bodies of water; or with a great protection about the body when in large bodies of water.

21. (Q) Where should I stay at the Beach during my summer stay? (A) This must be a choice of self to meet the needs of the social, the financial and the general surroundings. All of these would be taken into consideration. We find there are many associations and many activities that bring about this or that condition or place being the more preferable, but this should be a choice of the entity.

22. (Q) Where should I stay during my summer stay in mountains? (A) This also would be a choice. Where it is close to some of the camps of individuals or groups who make for the developments in a special line of endeavor would give the entity the opportunity for aiding others in the study of that as must or should be a part of the entity's activity.

23. (Q) Would Blue Ridge be alright? (A) Blue Ridge will be alright, if that is the desire, and the surroundings that suit the body the more or the better.

24. (Q) How can I recognize my daughter [2005]'s psychic ability when it makes itself evident? (A) Not by overtaxing the body itself nor the body [2005], but these are NATURAL developments. Question the body as to its visions, experiences, feelings - and especially as to its dreams. These as we find are the channels through which such manifestations make their first impressions; and these should be cultivated - not by attempting to get the individual entity to expand so much as to draw upon its imagination, but let it know that there is an INTEREST in such, which will give the abilities of the entity to bring about greater activities - just as the cultivating of any characteristic, or the spiritual, mental or material developments. It's the use of same in which we find the greater expression or material manifestation comes. More oft it will be first in dreams, then in the visions, then in experiences of feeling.

25. (Q) How can I help it to develop? (A) As has just been given - assisting and in showing the interest, and aiding to interpret what such means.

26. (Q) Any other advice and counsel for the entity at this time? (A) As indicated, keep that consciousness of keeping in the way which is in accord with the principles and ideals held by the entity; that there may be no condemnations in any way or manner.
