1. GC: You will answer the questions regarding this body, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1947]; this we have had before. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) What is the cause and suggested cure for the intermittent pain in the left breast area? (A) This is a disturbance in the glandular system, or in the mammary glands; having been bruised or hurt. We would gently - not hard, but gently - massage same with Cocoa Butter, and of evenings apply an equal combination of Mutton Tallow (melted), Spirits of Turpentine and Spirits of Camphor. Heat the Mutton Tallow to liquefy, and then add the other ingredients in the same quantity. This may be gently massaged on and a flannel put over same, or a flannel cloth may be soaked in the solution and taped on, or fastened to the underclothing.
4. (Q) What is the condition of ears? Any further treatment suggested? (A) If there are the treatments osteopathically for the keeping open of the Eustachian tube, this would be beneficial. It would require regular treatments, though; at least once or twice a month. Better if they were once a week.
5. (Q) What is condition of gums? (A) These are very good, but the use of Ipsab at least three to four times a week will aid in keeping down the tendencies towards pyorrhea.
6. (Q) Condition of eyes? (A) The treatments for the Eustachian tubes would be beneficial to the eyes, as well as the activities occasionally as we have suggested for the nerve centers that lead to the organs of the sensory system as well as to the optic centers.
7. (Q) Should I submit to any of the inoculations that are to be encouraged next month - typhoid fever, small pox,
1947-9 Page 2
diphtheria, and whooping cough? If so, which? (A) The typhoid for this body would not be amiss. Of course, the small pox is best, but not necessary for this body, as we find in the present.
8. (Q) As indicated in a previous Rdg., marriage was recommended for me for general physical and mental welfare - if desired. When is it indicated that this will take place? (It was indicated around early Spring, before.) (A) This must be an agreement between the body and another. And it is not indicated from this body's mind in the present. But it may be brought about when that is desirable for this body - the late summer or early fall.
9. (Q) Is there anything I should do to aid the materialization of this plan? (A) Read what has just been indicated. It is necessary for, and there must be an encouragement on the part of the body, if this is desired; but it must be determined first in the mind of the body as to its desirability.
10. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Keep close to those spiritual and mental suggestions indicated; not only as a routine but as daily living.
