Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.J.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, physical and mental; also suggestions for help and relief for this body. You will answer the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - fresh paint!

3. Yes.

4. As we find, here we have a condition of incoordination between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic nervous system that finds reaction in the inability of the body to control the emotions at times; arising from conditions which exist from an adhesion in the lacteal duct area, as combined with its association and connection with those activities through the caecum as well as the nerves from the lower portion of the spinal system.

5. Thus those conditions of a mental reaction as well as a spasmodic reaction at times, that cause a great deal of disturbance.

6. It is, as we find, tending to weaken the impulse of the flow of the matter in the nerve forces themselves; though is not fully as an impoverished condition but more of the flow of the impulse for activity finding incoordination in those areas of the first cervical through the medulla oblongata, as well as in the brush end of the nervous system.

7. As we find, then:

8. Each day, to relax the body thoroughly, we would have the hot and cold applications alternately, two or three of each and then changed to the other, you see. Keep this up for fifteen to twenty minutes, first the hot, then the cold.

9. Then each day following same we would have, from ten to twenty to thirty minutes, the massage and adjustments to gradually break up the lesions or adhesions in the lacteal duct and gall duct area; with the stimulation to the activities of coordination between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic in the areas about the coccyx as well as the

lumbar axis, and a stimulation to REDUCE or to assist in drainages from the areas of the upper cervical. The coccyx area, the lumbar axis, 1st and 2nd and 3rd cervical, see? and in the lacteal duct area WHERE the hot and cold applications will have been applied just before, you see.

10. After that, then, each day for thirty minutes we would use low electrical Wet Cell Appliance carrying Chloride of Gold into the system vibratorially. The attachments should be made in this manner: The smaller copper plate would be attached to the lumbar axis, while the larger nickel plate (through which the Gold Solution passes, in the proportions of one grain to each ounce of Distilled Water) would be attached to the umbilicus and lacteal duct plexus. The solution for charging the Appliance should be renewed or changed each thirty days. The Gold Solution should be changed every fifteen days. The activity of the Gold Solution is to bring about a better glandular force to create, from that assimilated, better nerve energy.

11. With the adjustments there is to be the stimulation about the end of the spine, you see; raising the coccyx, with those pressures in the area just below the gall duct where the lacteal duct makes for its drainage into the system of the assimilated portions.

12. Doing all of these, the hot and cold applications followed by the massage and adjustments, then the Wet Cell Appliance carrying the Gold vibrations, we will find we will gradually break up those lesions, and find relief and help for this body.

13. Keep the plates of the Appliance clean or polished before and after using, and have the contacts perfect when attached, see?

14. After the second cycle or recharge of the Appliance (or after sixty days of using it, you see), we would then give further instructions.

15. Ready for questions.

16. We are through for the present. Copy to Dr. Taylor " " Ass'n file (See article [which was enclosed] regarding Wet Cell Appliance)
