1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, and that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: (In going back over the years from present - " - '38 - '37 - '36 - lean years - yet propitious years - unusual years - '35 - '34 - '26 - '89 - yes - a change - '25 - " etc., on back to birth date. Then something was said in undertone which sounded like "small boy," as part of a sentence.)

3. We have the records here of that entity now known as or called [1957].

4. In giving the interpretation of the records as we find them here, some little hardships are being encountered owing to the very closeness of this association with another soul-entity on the other side.

5. These interpretations are chosen with the desire to make such information helpful in the entity fulfilling its purposes for entering this present experience.

6. Know that the entrance was not by chance, but is always for the purpose of fulfilling His promises to each soul, - the first being that He has not willed that any soul should perish but has with each temptation prepared a way, a means of escape. In Him indeed ye live and move and have your being - and thus the purpose is not to make for fortune, fame, or self-exaltation, or just to become a means for self-indulgence and self-glorification, but that ye may be a portion of that Whole that makes the world - materially - more and more aware of the consciousness as to the soul's

1957-1 Page 2

relationship to Creative Forces or God.

7. Hence in the interpretation, these phases of the experiences are chosen with the desire to enable the entity to become aware that there IS a relationship of self to the Creative Forces or God, and that same is manifested in a material sojourn through the manner or way ye apply same - or thy consciousness or thy awareness of same - to thy fellow man.

8. For, "Inasmuch as ye do it unto the least of these, thy brethren, ye do it unto me."

9. Be not stingy, then, with thy person, with thy individuality, with thy abilities to increase the knowledge and the awareness of the God-force manifesting in a material plane.

10. Astrologically we find the entity coming under the influence of Venus, Saturn, Neptune, with those influences in Jupiter that are not always in a benevolent aspect. Thus there are periods when there are adverse influences in the minds of individuals concerning the conduct and activities of the entity.

11. In Venus we find a love for the beautiful, for those abilities to attract the opposite sex as well as to make self friendly with those of its own sex.

12. There are those abilities to apply self in the material manner as to adornments, or those things that would make the body appear more beautiful.

13. The entity is one that would be lovely no matter what it wore - whether nothing or the finest - and in such a manner bear itself as to appear in a goodly manner to others.

14. From the influences in Saturn we find the definite changes; and sometimes extremes - as also indicated in the periods when there is not the benevolent influence in Jupiter.

15. Hence we find the entity in the present is often in that position of wondering as to which or what course to pursue.

16. As has been indicated, do not be afraid of giving self in a service - if the IDEAL is correct. If it is for selfish motives, for aggrandizement, for obtaining a hold to be used in an underhand manner, BEWARE. If it is that the glory of truth may be made manifest, SPEND IT ALL - whether self, mind, body, or the worldly means - whether in labor or in the coin of the realm.

17. As to the appearances in the earth - these we find quite varied in their aspects.

18. Before this we find the entity was in France during the periods of the Louis's.

1957-1 Page 3

19. For the entity then was among those who made application as to odors, scents or orris and orris compounds for dress and ointments and lotions and the like, for the ladies who would entice or make themselves beautiful for lovers or for those of their own sex, or for the opposite occasions.

20. There we find the entity, as Marie Corda', made for material gains without a great thought of whether self was in its conversation OR acts taking from or contributing to the worldliness in the minds and experiences of those whom the entity used as a means for not only personal gains but for material gains and position as well.

21. Hence it may not be said that the entity gained spiritually, and yet unthoughted in most of the experience; for it lived by its own intuitive forces.

22. Yet in the latter portion we find that the entity counseled with those of the younger generations as to manners and ways and means in which there were to be kept not only the beauties in body but in mind and soul as well.

23. Hence as we find, in the present - for material gains - the entity might find a means of expression in the arts pertaining to the abilities as a hairdresser, as a body masseuse, as one who would fix or arrange coiffures or the like, or prepare oils or ointments for a body.

24. As to whether or not such activities or application of self would be for mental and spiritual gains would depend upon the manner in which the entity applies same in relationship to its ideals.

25. These are means and manners, then - and are warnings also.

26. Before that we find the entity was among the ladies of the court in Rome, when there were the applications of the exercises as well as the pomades and clays, as well as waters, that were used for the regulating of activities with individuals or peoples - or especially those of the entity's sex.

27. Hence those in authority, the ladies of the court, the peoples that ruled over other lands from Rome, became the wide acquaintance of the entity then - as Zunol (for that the entity named itself, as from an oriental appearance or activity).

28. In that experience the entity gained, for it applied self oft in making for the better undertakings to apply those tenets of which the entity became sure, in the teachings of the peoples from the lands especially that came under the influence of those who foregathered with the Nazarene.

29. Thus we find there were periods when the entity gained

1957-1 Page 4

and gained.

30. As to the application of self in the present from that sojourn - there are the abilities as a nurse, or for those activities as an attendant. For the entity while home loving, from even that appearance as well as others, is much more deigned to be in an activity of a commercial nature than in home building.

31. Not that the home is not the highest to which anyone may attain, but to the entity - it has lost much of its NEED in a material world.

32. Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as the nomad land, or in the 'city in the hills and the plains,' when there were the teachings of that entity Uhjltd.

33. There we find the entity was among the natives who became a helper to those who supervised the activity in the hospitals (as ye would call them), in that 'city in the hills and the plains,' with the activities of the peoples to and fro, with the healings that were a portion of the care of those who set their houses in order there.

34. Thus we find those abilities also in the activity of the present entity - then in the name Essecen, of the same peoples as well as of Uhjltd's families.

35. Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as the Gobi land, when there was the City of Gold, and when there were those who had been as a pattern for much of the activities of the peoples in the Palestine land at Solomon's period; for those were a pattern of that land in which the entity then made its greater activity.

36. There we find the entity was among those peoples whose daily activity was in the preserving of the bodies for the better undertakings with the peoples who later were able to have their appendages gradually removed.

37. There we find the entity was a teacher; and there was the beginning of those experiences where there were the attempts to adorn the body and to make portions of same appealing to the senses as well as to the eye of the opposite sex.

38. The entity gained through the experience, because of the aid and help given - in the activities for the beneficial effect upon the nation as a whole, and not for self alone.

39. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain, and how:

40. First, what is thy ideal - spiritually, mentally, materially?

41. Then, know that same must be founded in that which is eternal - hence it must be of spiritual import.

1957-1 Page 5

42. And know Who is the author of thy spirituality, and that He - the author - is able to keep whatsoever ye commit unto Him against any experience that may come into thy consciousness, in any realm of thy physical, mental or spiritual activity.

43. And thus ye have thy beginning!

44. Then, in the material application of self in those fields of service in which ye may find the greater opportunity for expression, hold those ideals as tenets that must be applied not only in thy dealing with thy fellow man but in thy mental application and conversation.

45. Thus ye may show thyself approved, a workman not ashamed, but keeping those things committed into thy care and presenting them blameless before the throne of mercy and grace.

46. Ready for questions.

47. (Q) With what firm or organization is it best for me to work? (A) That must be determined within self, according to what is the ideal. Then, with any organization, know what are their policies. If they are in keeping with those things which have been indicated that should be thy purpose, then with such an organization connect thyself.

48. (Q) In what specific field? (A) Again, as indicated - there are three fields: self-adornment, the hair, or the bodily applications. Any of these three fields.

49. (Q) Is there any connection of value to me by considering the work of [1849], ..., N.Y.C.? (A) This depends upon just what phase the entity would select as a field or an outlet for its activity. Worth considering, sure - for it offers a field of service - but GIVE - GIVE - GIVE, if you would have!

50. (Q) Should I travel or stay in N.Y.? (A) Stay.

51. (Q) What opportunities would the business of Helene Rubenstein, 715 Fifth Ave., N.Y., offer me? (A) Again - the entity is to choose as to policies, as to purposes, as to ideals. Are they in keeping with thine own, do they answer to thine own, can you work with and use those policies and hold to thine own? Well, you would hardly think so! but these should be considered as to thine OWN self! For the field is to be chosen not for the money alone, but remember thy ideal - body, mind and soul!

52. (Q) Considering the welfare of my two children [little girls], when should I marry again? (A) This again depends upon what is thy ideal. Ye will NOT build a home - this is evidenced. Then, it depends upon

1957-1 Page 6

what is thy purpose in same.

53. (Q) Have I met the right man? (A) This is pre-supposing that the entity IS to marry! and this must be determined first by self and not by these sources. Such a condition is not predestined, nor a predisposition save as to whether ye would use the law of grace and mercy, or become amenable to the law and follow same as an animal.

54. (Q) Does it appear that I will obtain financial independence through my own efforts, or by marriage? (A) It should for self! that's the means, the manner and the ideal way to apply self!
