Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.J.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1979].

3. Now as we find, the conditions which disturb the body, while they are of a constitutional nature, need not prevent the body from eliminating the causes of same.

4. For, these are the natural effect of slowed functioning owing to toxic conditions and lack of elimination of poison from the system, and causing an overacidity throughout the body.

5. Thus the organs of the system are affected in a sympathetic manner - as the slow, dull headaches, lack of proper resuscitation from attempts to sleep or to gain rest and vitality from same. Oft the body is more tired of early mornings than in late afternoons or evenings.

6. There is a disturbance through the abdominal area because of engorgements in the colon itself, especially in the area of the ascending and that portion (or the right side) of the transverse colon.

7. To be sure, then, these at times affect the organs of the pelvis, and in the attempt of the kidneys and bladder to eliminate poisons.

8. The slowed condition through the liver and its activity causes the lack of appetite, or the proper taste to foods at time.

9. As we find, these may be eliminated if there will be some persistency, and consistent effort on the part of the body.

10. First, begin with Eno Salts. Take a teaspoonful in a glass of water each morning for five days.

11. Then have a high enema. This should be given, however, by one prepared to give colonic irrigations. These should be kept up (and still taking the Eno Salts) every ten days,

until there are no signs of mucous or of phlegm in the drainages from the alimentary canal.

12. After this, then, we would take about two to four general, thorough osteopathic adjustments to tone or tune the system to the better eliminations throughout the system.

13. We would take that character of treatment - hydrotherapy, adjustments and massage - as may be administered by Taylor, of East Orange; but given in the order as indicated here.

14. The Eno Salts would be taken for five days before the colonics are begun, you see, but it should be continued once each day throughout the periods of the colonics as well as the periods when adjustments are being made. Afterwards, only when there is bad taste in the mouth or a headache.

15. Do these, and we will find the body will be free from the accentuating conditions, and of those tendencies for aches and pains and the debilitation throughout the system.

16. In the matter of the diet - beware of too much meats or too much starches - as potatoes or macaroni or red meats. These should be excluded from the diet almost altogether. Not that they should never be taken, but seldom rather than the general rule.

17. Eat plenty of fruits, especially apples - these preferably cooked, rather than raw. Other fruits may be taken with cereals, milk and the like; but do not take too much sugar on same, and we will bring the better forces for this body, [1979].

18. Ready for questions.

19. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions for Dr. Wm. D. Taylor, 25 No. Harrison St., East Orange, N.J., for giving the colonics, adjustments, etc.) c.)
