1. GC: You will have before you the entity, [1981], born December 9, 1920, in Hamburg, Alabama, and the entity [1776], born November 6, 1910, in Scotia, N.Y. Paralleling their past relationships, or earthly sojourns, you will answer the enquiring mind of [1981] regarding such relationships, with advice as to the best working out of their individual problems in the present. Then you will answer the questions she submits, as I ask them, regarding this and other associations, also as to her work:
2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of those entities now known as [1981] and [1776].
3. In the paralleling of the experiences of these entities, as from that which has been indicated - there have been two experiences where there were those influences indicated in their associations or acquaintanceship.
4. In the Persian these brought those expressions such that, as indicated, there were the needs of the entity [1981] to hold to the directing that was the choice in the experience later in the Palestine era.
5. And in the Egyptian experiences, as indicated to the entity now [1981] - after the associations with the consort or companion there was the greater work accomplished by the entity in that experience, in establishing homes, in aiding others in their choice or selection of their daily activities.
6. These, then, are the parallels.
7. Thus there is seen in the present an attraction, and yet - in each - an attraction by an aversion in a direction; in that they each desire their own way, neither becoming fully, as yet, convinced in self.
8. But, if there is the agreement or choice by each, as an individual - there is that which may, that needs to be crystallized in the experience of each; one a fault in one direction, and the stronger character; the other in the other experience. Thus there needs to be a correlating of
1981-2 Page 2
efforts, of purposes, of the ideals of each.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What associations have I had in the past with [1776]; what are the urges that come to us in the present from same, and how should we meet it? (A) Read what we have just been giving! These are both; one has been very peculiar, and the other more peculiar; one the weak sister in one period, the other the weak brother in another period.
11. (Q) Through what personal relationship in the present may our lives best fulfill their highest spiritual unfoldment? (A) As just given, correlating the ideals of each in those experiences when each indicated the BEST in THEIR experience! Here we find, as has been given - in the Persian experience the purpose for which the entity now [1981] came into the land was not of her own choosing, and was rather under false pretenses. Yet there were opportunities under those choices as attempted, for the entity to have become as an influence for the uplifting. But the association with the entity now known as [1776] brought those activities in which there were those questions in self, as well as in the purposes for which those activities were brought about. And in the Egyptian experience, the activities of the entity now know as [1776] were as a leader from the Atlantean land; having become entangled in and with the use of the purposes of the children of the Law of One by or through activities with the sons of Belial. Yet the entity in the present known as [1981], as the companion for children - or the child in question in Egypt, and the associations in assisting in the establishing of those activities in the Temple Beautiful with the return of the Priest - brought into the life of the entity who was the consort or the companion in that experience, that which made for the greater development of this entity, now known as [1981] through that experience. They each, then, have that weakness of being able to be overpowered by the personality of the other. Then if there is the agreement, if there is the coordination of ideals and purposes, and making same work - it can be made a beautiful companionship! It also can be made to be the belittling of one or the other. But if the association or companionship is kept ever as to the higher point for each, then they will both be the gainer thereby.

12. (Q) Has our past relationship been such that it can be worked out best or only in marriage at this time? (A) Read what we have just given!
13. (Q) Is there anything I can do now, or will be able to do, to help him in his experiences with the Navy, or with his writing? (A) Either of these, or both, may be a helpful influence. Don't you see in that given that each may become a helpmeet to the other; one in a destructive manner and one in a creative manner? These have proven that the one was the weaker in one experience, the other was the weaker in the other experience. One was the weaker when the man chose to be self-centered, and to carry political or material reasons rather than the spiritual. While the ideals were of the spiritual nature, both advanced or developed. So in this experience - is the helping of the material or of the spiritual nature? If the spiritual, go to it fast! If ONLY for material and self-indulgence, and self-gratification, back off very quickly!
14. (Q) Is there another with whom we each could be as happy, or happier, in marriage, than with each other in the present? (A) O we might find twenty-five or thirty such, if you chose to make it so! It is what you make it! There is an experience to be worked out, if you want to do it now. If you have to do it sooner or later, you just as well do it now - if you want to.
15. (Q) What associations have I had in the past with the following, what are the present urges and how may they be used for our mutual development? First, Gilbert Larson? (A) In the Persian experience, and he didn't add anything to the beauty of the life! Would he in the present? In the Palestine experience, the associations were not in helpful forces. They may be made so, but we do not see them so in this.
16. (Q) Arthur Mountrey? (A) We don't get Arthur Mountrey in direct association with the entity in a past experience. Acquaintance in the one just before this, and thus an attraction, but not for good or bad.
17. (Q) Bill Cox? (A) In the experience before this quite close associations, and these were not bad; though these were not too good. They might be made good, if the ideals and purposes were set closer.
18. (Q) What have been my past associations with [849],
1981-2 Page 4
what are the urges, and how may they be used for our mutual development? (A) As indicated in the Egyptian experience there were both conflicting periods and then a great deal of cooperation between the two, in bringing instruction and direction to those various groups through the land. These all tended towards creative or constructive experience there. While, in the experience just before this, there was the acquaintanceship - but not to good purpose. In the present they may be a helpful force one to another, assisting each to be a contributing factor to creative influences in the lives of others. These are the channels where the greater help or experience might come.
19. (Q) What can I do toward achieving a closer understanding with those of my immediate family? (A) Only on the basis of that we have given as the ideal. DO have the seal prepared and keep it ever before you. Know this is not merely a way of life, it is THE way of life. And in Him, and in keeping those in the immediate family closer to the instruction as may be had through the closer coordinating of purposes in the ideal as set forth there, is the better manner for self. For, whether the activities of the entity are in the home (and this IS the highest of ANY activity) or in a life or experience as making for any activity, it is ever a teaching life. For, being among those chosen as a channel through which there might have come the Life, light and hope of the world, this in itself is a teaching source or channel. So is thy life in thy associations with others. Seldom will ye find an individual like yourself, that others do things merely because they have seen you do them! You've never realized this. It's the same way in thine own home, among thine own friends - yea, among those even who would question you; they, themselves, do and say things simply because you have said it! Don't forget thy obligations, thy purposes to Him, who is the way, the truth and the light.
20. (Q) Have my experiences thus far accomplished anything toward "tempering the soul for greater service"? (A) Read just what has been given. Doesn't it indicate how far you are even ahead of your own self! and yet haven't stopped to take counsel with thy better self.
21. (Q) Any advice to be given on how to better accomplish this?
1981-2 Page 5
(A) Take counsel with thy better self, and with thy life's seal as a directing or focal point upon what is the purpose, and the crossways as indicated by the shading of colors in same; and don't forget that as represented in each of the figures in the corner - and most of all the center.
22. (Q) Is there anything I can do to further my creative writing? (A) Think on Him. This may appear very indefinite to some. It doesn't to the entity, when it takes thought of how the best thou hast yet accomplished is when ye trusted wholly in Him and wrote, not knowing scarcely what ye wrote.
23. (Q) Is my work with the O.P.A. accomplishing anything? (A) By the fruits ye shall know thy works. These speak for themselves.
24. (Q) Any advice concerning betterment of position with O.P.A.? (A) Keep in the way. Be sincere. Be consistent, and be persistent.
