Time of Reading Present in 10:30 to 10:50 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. this house.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1990].

3. As we find, there is at times a great deal of disturbance, as indicated in the rash upon the skin; and its varying at times tends to indicate that it is distributed or is being disturbing through other portions of the system.

4. But we find that conditions are improved. Though there are still those disturbances in the glandular forces, that are the basis or cause of the disturbance, conditions in these directions show improvement.

5. And, with the gradual building up of the system, there will be caused the better activity in the coordinating influences towards the eliminating forces, thus bringing better conditions for this body and finally eradicating the causes.

6. While this condition might be dried up entirely, by the application of influences from without, it would only cause greater inflammation internally and thus weaken some portion of the system in such a way and manner as to become more of a constitutional disturbance - thus producing a weakness that would cause greater disturbances later on.

7. Hence - we would continue to give a series of the Atomidine occasionally; every six to ten weeks; to disturb or to stir the activity of the glandular forces of the body.

8. We would continue to have the osteopathic adjustments occasionally. These now, as we find, should be rather more specific in creating the coordination between the superficial circulation, or the impulses to same along the cerebrospinal system, rather than in the manner as has been heretofore indicated.

9. Stimulate, then, the activities from the upper cervicals for the better eliminations through the alimentary canal;

also those through the vegetative system, or nerve centers; also those through the 9th dorsal and the 4th lumbar.

10. Once a week for these treatments SHOULD be sufficient. These may be in series. Give for three to six treatments, leave off then for a period of two to three weeks, and then give again. But give them more specifically of the character as indicated, for the stimulating of the centers and areas from which there may be better coordination between the superficial and deep circulation. For, as indicated, there should be turned towards better alimentary canal eliminations. Hence there must be kept a better stimulation through the liver and gall duct activity, as well as keeping the alimentary canal cleansed.

11. Making the diets in accord with those influences that tend to make for greater purification through the blood stream, as it is assimilated in the system, will also be an aid.

12. Give as much celery and lettuce as may be assimilated, though it may be necessary to put it into the juice form.

13. Also we would occasionally take the compound as indicated for the more specific eliminations as to purifying the alimentary canal - that is, the Sulphur, Cream of Tartar and Epsom Salts, see?

14. As we find, if these are kept, they will be those forces to eradicate the causes, as well as the disturbing influences with this body.

15. Ready for questions.

16. (Q) Should anything in his present diet be eliminated? (A) Watch the diet, and if there are those properties that appear to cause greater irritation to the disturbing forces, eliminate same. This must be done more by being careful, or watching the diet, than stimulating the special forces save as has been indicated.

17. (Q) Are the following good in the diet: Tomatoes, raw or cooked? (A) If canned tomatoes are used, they are not bad; though raw tomatoes are severe.

18. (Q) Vegetable soups containing tomatoes? (A) These are not so well as just the vegetable juices, as we have indicated, that carry the special quantities of the influences needed - as from spinach, lettuce, celery, carrots, potato peels, and the like.

19. (Q) V-8 Cocktail? (A) Is NOT good for this body!

20. (Q) Raw apples? (A) No!

21. (Q) Fish?

1990-2 Page 3

(A) Fish is very good; broiled, not fried so much.

22. (Q) Orange juice and grapefruit juice? (A) These have not been indicated as being harmful, unless given in unusual combinations - as we have indicated for such. Do as has been indicated! Watch as to what disagrees, and leave that off. Use some judgement!

23. (Q) Is he getting enough milk, and at the proper time? (A) Getting enough milk.

24. (Q) And at the proper time? (A) Getting enough milk.

25. (Q) Should Calcios be continued in the same manner? (A) This is beneficial for the body.

26. (Q) Should Atomidine and Sulphur compound be continued in same manner? (A) Atomidine is given not with the Compound, but separately, see. The Compound is not taken during the period when the Atomidine is taken, for these properties are to act upon the system as a stimulation to the eliminations; hence as there has been an activity of the Atomidine upon the glandular forces, then the Compound is given to produce the eliminations and better coordination in the system.

27. (Q) What causes bad breath? (A) The bad eliminations.

28. (Q) Are present eliminations too frequent? (A) They are too frequent, but not of the proper character. There should be more of a bulk with these, such as from the cereals that have been indicated.

29. (Q) What causes frequent stomach ache? Is it from gas, due to improper diet? (A) The poor eliminations. Hence, as indicated, the stimulations through the osteopathic adjustments; first the cervicals, for the stimulation of the activity of eliminations in the upper portion of the body, then through the vegetative system and the upper portion of the dorsals for better eliminations through the alimentary canal. The stomach should be kept purified; using the Castoria occasionally; and, of course, the Glyco-Thymoline to act as an intestinal antiseptic. In giving the Glyco-Thymoline, give two to three to four drops at a dose but give it each day continuously until there is the odor of same through the stool.

30. (Q) What has caused his knees to hurt, the past three weeks? (A) The lack of the coordination between the lumbar center and axis with the lower circulation. Hence the stimulation as we have indicated that should be given in the areas.

DO as has been suggested!

31. (Q) What causes irritation to penis? (A) Do as we have suggested, if we would bring the better conditions for this body.

32. (Q) Comment on Rorer's Comfortine, a sample of which I hold in my hand, as a local application for the breaking out on wrist? (A) It is at times very good, but the absorption from this is not good. If there would be the proper compound for such as this, use the Mutton Suet with Camphor - or Camphorated Oil.

33. (Q) Is there any further advice for the mother, Mrs. [2336] present in this room, in regard to aiding this healing? (A) Keep the constant care; not becoming fearful, though, or over-anxious. Do that which is the proper influence and force, and we will bring the better conditions.

34. We are through for the present. Two copies to Mother (one to be sent to Father) Copy to Ass'n file (See extra copy [which was enclosed] of the further suggestions for Dr. Hudgins.) .)
