1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1990].
3. As we find, there is some reverting to former disturbances which we have indicated.
4. With the corrections that were made, and with the conditions clearing - then with the diets that tended to aggravate - while these have not been entirely lost, there is - however - apparently a greater disturbance in the superficial circulation than was indicated before.
5. It is still a glandular affection, but there is not so much disturbance there now as in the manner of the assimilation of foods.
6. Hence those applications as would be made should be not so much for the purifying or cleansing of the glands as formerly - that is, with the Atomidine, but for the correcting of the assimilation through diet.
7. However, the Atomidine should be given regularly; one minim each day in periods of three to four days - not longer, and then a rest period from same for twice as long before it would be given again, and so on, see?
8. Then, as for the diet - this should be kept very close to that which has already been outlined.
9. Once a week should be sufficient for the adjustments. These should be given as relaxing treatments, and not as stimulating treatments.
10. In the present we would also give the body each day about a teaspoonful of Mullein Tea, made in this manner: This, as it may be gathered now, should be cleansed, and not too much but a bit of the flower included with the bruised

leaves. Put two ounces of this in a pint of water, let it not boil but simmer - as tea; then strain and keep in a cool place. A teaspoonful of this two or three times a day would be well for the body. Be mindful that this does not sour, or become discolored or get sufficiently heated for it to form any skim over the top.
11. If there continues to be a great deal of disturbance in the patches, where there is the diffusion of that as should be eliminated nominally through the system, make an ointment with Plantain Leaves to apply on same. Take about half an ounce (by weight), bruise or cut fine, and then mix with a tablespoonful of cream that is taken from the top of milk, - not sour but sweet cream. Let this come almost to a boil. Then spread this on gauze and apply over the places at night. Of morning when arising cleanse same with an antiseptic; preferably Lavoris or Glyco-Thymoline - either of these - they are both alkalin antiseptics, and are almost the same.
12. Doing these, we find that the condition should clear, and in a few weeks disappear.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Should Glyco-Thymoline be given internally? (A) This is very good; depending upon the reaction of the tea that has been indicated.
15. (Q) Should Calcios be continued? (A) Do not give the Calcios at the present time. Let's clear the system more by the use of the properties indicated, before giving the Calcios.
16. (Q) White's Cod Liver Oil Tablets? (A) These are very well. However, through the very warm periods these tend to make the body more tender - when the body is a great deal in the sun - and more susceptible to the changes in diet.
17. (Q) Are present eliminations sufficient? (A) We find that these will change somewhat with the tea taken regularly; as also through the diet indicated for the body with the tea.
18. (Q) Please comment on the following in the diet: - a. Corn bread? (A) This is very well if made either with just hot water or with soda and milk.
19. (Q) b. Grans brown sugar? (A) This is very well, so it is not overdone.
20. (Q) Cakes in the diet, other than lemon snaps? (A) We would leave off even the lemon snaps in the present; only have those that are made with the flour that is easily digested - either of the popcorn or similar natures.

21. (Q) Could it be given at this time through what channels the emblems of the Jesuit can be secured for this entity? (A) There are only about three Jesuit stations, and only through these may they be obtained. Gethsemane, Kentucky will be the better place.
22. (Q) Any other advice regarding this body? (A) Do not let the body get too much overheated, nor too much in drafts when sleeping. Keep rather a uniform temperature, and remember that the sun is too hot on the beach except at certain periods and is sometimes too severe for this body; though days or hours when there is not too much of the violet ray it is well and good for the body. It would be very well, whenever the body is on the beach - in the early morning or late evening, to wet the body and then cover it with dry sand - then wash off before leaving the beach, see? This done for a few minutes will stimulate superficial circulation and be good for the body.
