Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Oklahoma.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. Here, as we find, if there had been rather the application of those things suggested, this weakness and this rapidity of the heart and the pulsation condition would NOT have been a result.
4. These, we find, are the effects - or the results - of other disturbing conditions through the body.
5. We would take sufficient of the colonic irrigations to reduce the amount of the toxic force, and the accumulations as will be indicated by the character of the stool - as well as that which will appear as phlegm or the like in same.
6. Doing this, we will find that very soon the conditions in the extremities, as well as the pulsations, will be much nearer normal - and will come to near that of eighty-one to eighty-two - which is near to normal, or would be normal for this body.
7. The colonics should not be oftener than once a week. Then a little later, after there is the reduction in the amount of refuse forces that should be eliminated, they would not be oftener than once a month.
8. But three times each week, at first, there should be osteopathic manipulations to stimulate those areas of the upper dorsal, and not too much through the cervical, for drainages; not for stimulating the heart's forces but for drainages.
9. Also we would build up the body with such as liver, beef juice, and especially corn, whole wheat - this thoroughly cooked, or cooked for three to four hours - crushed wheat. This will add such glutens in the form of vitamins, especially of B-1, as to aid in giving more strength and vitality.
10. Do these, and we will bring near normal conditions for

this body.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Should she continue the medicine she has been taking? (A) Not if she does these other things. These, as we have indicated, would be the better manner to handle same.
13. (Q) What is condition of body now? (A) It has just been described.
14. (Q) How can she keep mentally occupied, yet quiet? (A) This has to be a part of the aid given by those about the body, in its mental as well as its physical activities.
15. (Q) What exercise? (A) Not a great deal until more of these conditions through the colon are eliminated, and the poisons taken from the system. These methods indicated are much better than adding drugs, that gradually leave more and more sediment that causes more and more pressure upon the general nervous system, reducing the vitality and upsetting the blood stream. Do as we have indicated, for the betterment of this body.
