1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer any questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, there has been an over-taxing of the nervous forces of this body through the lack of the glandular supplies in the vital forces of the system to supply nerve energies. The glandular reaction has been the cause. It has weakened then the plasm that forms the brain and the nerve forces themselves; causing the weakness as well as the inability of the impulses through the centers for the better locomotion, or controlling of same.

4. These as we find are rather serious, yet there may be brought better forces for the body if these applications which we will indicate are adhered to as a whole:

5. First - under the supervision of those who would make such - we would have injections of Liver Extract for the stamina necessary in the supplying to the system.

6. There should be the use of the manipulations osteopathically to cause the perfect or better coordination WITH the injection - so that the activities of the system in distributing it through the glandular forces, through the activity of the ganglia along the cerebrospinal system, would not be clogged.

7. Also we would use each day for thirty minutes the low electrical vibrations from the Wet Cell Appliance carrying Chloride of Gold, for aiding or adding stamina to the system. The attachments would be made as follows:

8. The small copper plate would be attached to the lumbar axis, while the larger copper plate, through which the Gold Solution passes vibratorially (in the proportions of one

2009-1 Page 2

grain Chloride of Gold to each ounce of Distilled Water), would be attached at the umbilicus and lacteal duct plexus, - so that the assimilating activity of this to the glandular force will be for the better conditions of the system.

9. This Appliance would be rather heavily charged - that is, the pound and a half of the Copper Sulphate and thirty grains of the Zinc to produce with the Acid the greater charge in the Appliance itself.

10. It would be best that the osteopathic manipulations be given AFTER the use of the Appliance AND after the injections, see? Begin all of these treatments at once, you see, but they would be given in this order:

11. First the injection of the vitamin forces found in the Liver Extract, then in a few hours the Appliance carrying the Gold, followed by the gentle manipulation with the stimulation especially to the ganglia to aid in the activity of the glandular force through the pineal as well as the adrenal and the liver areas. The manipulations should come afterwards, so as to assist ganglia that are weak in distributing the energies created through the activities of these properties in the system, see?

12. Have plenty of the vitamin forces as may be supplied through steel cut oats and such natures. These would be better assimilated from such nature's sources than those that are of a synthetic nature or separated from their sources. Vitamin B-1 is necessary in the system.

13. Do these in a consistent manner; we will find we will bring better forces for this body of [2009].

14. Ready for questions.

15. We are through for the present. Copy to Father through Dr. Frank Dobbins " " Ass'n file (If you have trouble getting these suggestions followed in the hospital, we would advise that you secure the cooperation of Dr. Chas. G. Taylor [Charles Goodman Taylor, M.D.], 169 East 78th St., N.Y.C.) )
