This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 4th day of December, 1943, in accordance with request made by the self - Miss [2011], Associate Member of the Ass''n for Research and Enlightenment, Inc.

P R E S E N T

R E A D I N G

Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will have before you the life existence in the earth plane of [2011], born July 31, 1902, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and the earthly existence of this entity in Egypt as Amre-elaar, and in favor with the Young King, gaining through him the privilege of becoming an emissary. You will give a biographical life of the entity in that day and plane of earthly existence, from entrance, and how, into the earth's plane and the entity's departure; giving the development or retarding points in such an existence. You will then answer the questions as I ask them, concerning the Associations and influences in the present from that period:

2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [2011] and the earthly experience of the entity's activities in Egypt - in the name Amre-elaar.

3. In giving the biographical outline, it would be well to indicate something of the particular period during the entity's activities there. For these, in varied experiences, covered a long time. Earthly experiences of individuals in that period varied much from that which is by only a period of three score years and ten. For then, three, five, six, even a thousand years as called today was rather the period of expression in the earth plane.

4. The entrance of the entity through those periods came when there were those turmoils that had caused the banishment of the Priest and the activities of the King with the counselors.

5. The entity was the daughter of one of the counselors, Ek-Lar; not yet indicated in the group of counselors. As a child, as a babe, the entity grew in favor with the King; and these were periods when the King sought an outlet for those happenings which had brought about the banishment of the King's favorite with the child that was kept in those activities in the land about the King.

6. These were the periods of turmoil when the entity grew up, yet under the counsel of those that were attempting to

alter the edicts that had been a part of that causing the banishment of the Priest with those that followed the Priest.

7. With the return of the Priest and the reconciliations that came about through the varied groups, including the Atlanteans, some Natives, as well as parts of the council to which the entity's father then belonged, the entity was among those chosen to care for the activities that were changed through the establishing of the Temples of Sacrifice, and the Temple Beautiful.

8. The entity grew in the experiences there, becoming one versed in the study of archeology, the heavens, the geometrical activities in which the people were set in the various buildings, and the activities for the varied emissaries in their studies to prepare to meet the questionings from the varied lands. The entity became an adept in these.

9. In the latter portion of the activities, the entity was put in command of the preparations for the associations in the land of Saad and the Golden City, and the Mongoloid land. For to these three the entity was sent to act as an interpreter of the various astrological conditions that were to be drawn by the various groups.

10. Then the entity was as an associate with the Priest in those activities in which various groups were to be presented with such activities and associations.

11. As has been indicated, these are portions of the experience of many as may be applied in the present sojourn. These have brought and will bring individuals closely in association with the groups that were active there.

12. The entity's activities were naturally brought about, then, from the associations in those periods.

13. The interests of the entity in those pertaining to astrology arise from that sojourn, also pertaining to buildings, geometrical signs, symbols, pictures, things that illustrate. All of these are parts of the entity's activity.

14. The entity might apply self in symbology and as related to the various studies, and make much more of these than of astrology. For the Egyptian and the Persian records are quite varied. If the entity would study astrology, do not put the signs in the Egyptian calendar but in the Persian, for the Persian interpretations are more proficient than the Egyptian. This is not belittling the efforts of the entity nor of the Egyptians in those periods, but the variations in time have been corrected by the Persians and not by the Egyptians. The Egyptian calculations are thirty degrees off.

15. The activities of the entity throughout that period were in keeping, in favor with the King, because of the associations of the King with the entity's parent as a counselor, as well as keeping in favor with the Priest in the preparation of the entity for motherhood and its activities among the various study groups in the land of Saad, the City of Gold, and the Mongoloid land.

16. The entity lived to be, as called today, 396 years.

17. Ready for questions.

18. (Q) What was the meaning of the Christ Vision, I had at the age of 18, and how should it apply in my life today? (A) In the experience the entity had certain studies, certain interpretations of the symbols in the experience and the life of the Christ. These are to be applied as literal experiences in the present. For the abiding Christ-Consciousness is ever the activity through which self-development, self-understanding, self-application must come. Be aware, then, of the Christ-Consciousness dwelling with thee always.

19. (Q) What should be my Life Work? (A) As indicated, symbology should be the life's work - whether presented in figures, in the study of characters, whether these are presented in writing, or in the home and combining them all - for these are one and the same.

20. (Q) Can you give me any suggestions as to how I can successfully carry out the work that has been assigned to me in my work with the Association? (A) Just apply self and keep in those lines as will be set from day to day. These are records that were the entity's experience in the Egyptian land. These were reported as combinations of records that were parts of the developing of individuals through those experiences. Hence in the present it can be a part of the entity's application to keep such records.

21. (Q) Is there any similarity in my work today, and the work that was done by me in the Egyptian period? (A) As just indicated, these are records. In that experience they were records between various groups studying along definite lines. Here the records are those not only along definite lines but these will be a part of the experience in the distribution. For as an emissary the individual entity distributed the findings of the records, see? There is quite a similarity in the spirit or purpose of the entity's activity.

22. (Q) Why was I so strongly attracted to [...], in the present life, and was there any purpose for our friendship? (A) As there was the association in other experiences there

was the natural attraction. These have been met.

23. (Q) Should I marry, and if so, when? (A) These should be the choices of the entity. There are reasons for not, there are reasons that the entity should. But these should be determined within self.

24. (Q) Is there any move I can make or any purpose I can carry out that would make for the financial security of my parents? (A) There may be many. These, as will be seen, may become a part of the experience in the present. For, the father was the father in Egypt - a counselor to the King. The father and the King should work close together.

25. (Q) Is it indicated that my family will inherit any of the Henrietta Garrett estate? (A) Unless there are other conditions arising not indicated in the present, it will.

26. (Q) If so when? (A) These are being bought about now. Keep track of all of them.

27. (Q) Why am I so intensely interested in astrology, and would it be advisable for me to continue the study, if so how? (A) As indicated, these were portions of the study through the Egyptian period. Study rather symbology.

28. (Q) What was my association in past lives with the following: My mother, [2589]? (A) These have been in more than one. The experience in Egypt as the mother and the association with the father in Egypt as the father. These were the activities, the closer associations.

29. (Q) My brother, [...]. (A) As we find, these were in the experience before this. There are agreements, yes - and disagreements also.

30. (Q) My niece, [...]. (A) The daughter in the Egyptian experience.

31. (Q) My friend, Devoe [...]? (A) As we find there was not an association in Egypt nor in the experiences that have been indicated, but there were spiritual associations not in the earth plane.

32. (Q) My friend, Edgar Cayce? (A) In the associations especially with the Priest in Egypt, in the preparation of the entity for motherhood and in those activities as an emissary to the varied lands.

33. (Q) If it would be helpful to me, please give my life seal. (A) These as we find may be indicated, but these we would give as in symbols. First draw a circle fourteen inches in diameter. In the center put the face of the Christ, as in the child or the cherub - not the Stuart [?] but as the cherub face, and more as a part of the entity's own

consciousness of same. In the lower left hand corner put the Cross; rugged, not foursquare, but in color - gray and white. In the right hand lower corner put that to depict the heart of the Christ broken for man, or pierced by the sword or spear. In the upper left hand corner put the triangle, and across same the balance as is symbolized in the balance in Truth. On the right hand side put the symbol G with the Cross that comes inside the letter. This interpret in self, as to how these indicate through the life that in the present there is to be the interpreting of the consciousness of the Christ in the associations one with another.
