Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ky.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2015].

3. As we find, conditions in every way are developing in a most satisfactory manner in the present.

4. We would only keep those general suggestions that have been indicated - as to the diet - which we would not alter in the present, as to the manner of preparing the food; but we would gradually - very gradually, that there may be no upsetting - add other foods for the body.

5. Such as strained oatmeal (preferably the steel cut oats, cooked a long time); prune whip; and as much citrus fruit juices as the body will absorb, of course, or so that it does not disturb the digestion - for these may better supply the vitamins necessary; and the salts necessary for strong bone, better teeth - and with better bone, naturally better blood supply.

6. Mashed carrots, and beans well cooked in their own juices (as in Patapar Paper) - all of these gradually added to the diet; not all at once, nor attempt to give one right after the other every day, but these gradually added.

7. And keep the milk as that to supply the bulk, as well as the necessary food for body-development.

8. After the bath of morning, it would be well occasionally to gently massage the whole of the cerebrospinal system, - one time with Olive Oil, the next time with Cocoa Butter.

9. These, as we find, are the better for the developments through those periods of the body's activity for the next six to eight months.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) What should be put on the strained oatmeal, if anything? Any milk, or sweetening of any kind? (A) The prepared milk formula such as is a part of the diet is the preferable for sweetening, as well as for making it palatable - but it should be strained.

Do not give very much of ANY of these at the time, but TRY each one, at the periods when it is time for feeding, but don't overcrowd - just give sufficient to supply the taste and to gradually create the desire for it, then finish up on the milk, you see; gradually lessening the milk as the food is increased - until eventually the milk would be given at the NEXT period, you see. We wouldn't change the milk formula.

12. (Q) Should the bottle be given after it has been given any one of the other foods? (A) As just indicated, do not crowd the body - unless there is the desire; but gradually let the FOODS take the place of the milk, especially during the day. Don't give foods during the evening or night, but let them gradually supply that necessary for the feeding periods during the day, see? Don't crowd the body with any, unless it is desirous of taking same. An overabundance, of course, would cause upsetting of the stomach. But any of these foods as indicated may be taken in very small quantities. First one, then the other may be given, but don't try to give them all in one day, nor all in one week!

13. (Q) Should just one of the feedings each day be of the vegetables? (A) As indicated, whenever the body is desirous of food, TRY some one of such foods! Then, if it does not desire sufficient of it, give it a bottle! Then if it takes sufficient to not desire much of the bottle, leave it off. Whether it takes sufficient for all the feedings during the day, or one a day, or half of one, or a quarter of one feeding, be governed accordingly, see? Do that.

14. (Q) What is the best time to give the citrus fruit juice? (A) When it desires it is the best time - whether this is morning, noon, or afternoon! Any of the time, whenever it will take it! But this will necessarily (the orange juice) have to be in VERY small quantities, and let the body rather cultivate the taste - also let the digestive system become gradually adjusted to it so as not to cause more spitting up. As has been indicated, don't give orange juice and then in five or ten minutes try to give a bottle of milk on top of it! Don't give a bottle of milk and then in thirty minutes try to give it orange juice on top of it, see? Try one of the oatmeal, or of the prune whip, or some other of the foods that may be prepared. If the prepared foods are used, Gerber's are the better.

15. We are through for the present.
