Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. Now as we find, conditions are very much improved form those we have had here before - while there are still disturbances in the limbs, where there is the inclination for the tingling sensation, especially in the muscular forces of the lower limbs, and the inclination for the foot to drag or go to sleep at times.

4. We find that it would be better to continue, for the time especially, those applications which have been suggested, and the releasing of the tensions in the areas between or joining the coccyx center and the beginning of the muscles for the locomotories, through the sciatic center and nerves.

5. These as we find relaxed with wet heat, preferably, before attempting the adjustments, would be most helpful and beneficial.

6. The general diets as indicated should be kept, and the rest as we find, and the body would continue to be generally on the improve - without other disturbances arising that are not indicated in the present.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Should anything further be done for weak back? (A) Of course, those stimulations which have been indicated through the manipulations, and the heat as applied there.

9. (Q) All treatments previously suggested, then, should be continued? (A) All should be continued, with the addition of the wet heat applied to those particular areas of the lower end of the spine, and the nerves and muscles that connect with the locomotories from the lower portion of the spine, or coccyx end of the spine, with the sciatics down the limb that causes the disturbance - see?

10. (Q) What is the cause of the numbness and the cramping in the right limb? (A) As just indicated, it is a contraction of the nerves

and muscular forces, or the tautness upon the sciatic nerve, owing to those congestions in the area as outlined. The relaxing of same with the wet heat before making the adjustments will enable the adjustments to be made better, and to remain more active. When there is the numbness through the lower portion of the limb, the calf of the leg, the foot, we would massage same with an equal combination of Olive Oil and Peanut Oil. The absorption of these will relieve this tension, especially that arises at times when the body rests, or even when walking, or after the walking exercise apply the oils there, - from under the knee down the under side, and even into the foot and the bursae of the feet - the heel, or the Achilles bursae, and under the toe.
