In the Neurological Time of Reading Hospital, Room 706, 5:05 to 5:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. 168th St. & Ft. Washington Ave., New York City.

1. HLC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes. (In undertone, "You'll get very little with this.")

3. As we find, the disturbances are located in the first and second cervical. This is the cause of not only the pressure upon that particular portion of the brain areas, but of that which also causes the fever.

4. This is not a true concussion, yet the concussion exists in those areas that lie between the lower portion of the cerebrospinal system (or nerve centers) and the lower brain itself, or through the medulla oblongata.

5. It is also indicated that there has been an irritation, or a shock, to the lower end of the spine. This produces at periods the feeling of numbness in the extremities.

6. Remove these pressures by the use of heat, and mechanical adjustments (osteopathically).

7. We are through for the present.
