1. HLC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions he submits, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2051].
3. As we find, there are conditions which prevent the better normal physical activity of the body. These as we find affect the nervous system of the body - which is indicated in conditions existent in the shoulder, where an old injury or strain is showing the disturbances, as well as in the lower limb.
4. And there are other disturbances which, as combined with these, bring distress to the body - that as associated with the digestion of the body.
5. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [2051] we are speaking of, present in this room:
6. First, in the blood supply we find there are toxic conditions, or poisons, that prevent a better activity through the body. These as we find arise primarily from conditions which exist with teeth AND with those conditions in the digestive system.
7. Hence these toxic forces and poisons, not being eliminated from the system, produce pressures upon those portions where there is the inclination for a slowed circulation, through any portion where there has been the attempt of the body to HEAL, as it were, the bruised or strained tissue; as in the ligaments in the shoulder and along the cerebrospinal system - from the neck to just between and a little below portions of the shoulder blade; also as indicated in the locomotory centers and to the limbs of the lower portion of the body.
8. These are then EFFECTS that are produced by this
2051-1 Page 2
character of poisons as not eliminated from the system.
9. In the nervous system, as we have given, there are effects; these being not causes but only sympathetic effects, though they cause - through the nerve system - the pain or the awareness of the disturbance being in those portions of the body.
10. As to the functioning of the organs themselves - when there is considered the distresses through which many portions of the system have passed, the body is better preserved than most at the age; for there are good reflexes through the coordination between sympathetic and cerebrospinal system as related to the activity of the brain, or the impulses from same; so that the body, save such as has been slowed by the effect of poisons through the system, functions in a nominal manner - though not normal as indicated in the present.
11. In the condition in the face, head, neck - here we find there are the effects; as with the hearing, the taste, and the vision at times, owing to the slowed circulation and the inclination for the sympathetic nerve system to contact or contract the attempt to create a balance, thus causing the collections of poisons through those particular areas; the system again indicating the well preserved or active forces, yet working at the present under greater distress.
12. Through throat, lungs, bronchi and larynx we find a very good condition.
13. In the heart's activity - this is being overactive, and the blood pressure and the pulsations are not ALWAYS normal; owing to the fact of the poisons, as indicated, which arise from both the supernormal condition, or subnormal condition in the digestive system, and the toxic forces from poisons of a nature as arise from conditions in the gums and the teeth.
14. These have gradually then increased the need for the heart's activity to bring about a faster circulation, in the attempt to eliminate the conditions.
15. With the overtoxic force, we find an unbalanced condition between the lacteals and the activity of the gastric flow through the digestive system. The excess of the poisons there, and not being able to be eliminated - because of the lack of the proper excretory functioning of the liver, to carry off - produces the condition where there is NOT sufficient of the alkalinity in the body; that is, in the upper stomach, or upper portion of the stomach, through the cardiac end - so that in the pylorus or the lower end it becomes slow in being digested. Thus the feeling of a heaviness, or fullness, often after the attempt to eat.
2051-1 Page 3
16. The unbalance between the hydrochloric and the lactic fluids causes this condition.
17. This works a hardship; though we have no ORGANIC disturbance (rather functional) in either the heart or the liver; though the liver is engorged in the present. And if there is a heavy pressure put upon the 5th or 6th dorsal center, it will be found to be tender, or the feeling of a hurt in the right lobe of the liver.
18. This is the attempt of the organ to furnish or supply sufficient of the fluids, as excreted by the organ, for the activity of digestion.
19. Hence especially any foods that carry any quantity of greases are hard of digestion, or those that carry sugar in excessive quantity. Certain characters of foods that have heretofore agreed with the body become disturbing to this activity.
20. These combinations, then, as we find, are those conditions to be reckoned with, if we would bring the better forces and the nearer normal condition for this body, [2051].
21. To be sure, from this excess condition, there is a reflex action in the kidneys and their activity; and there is not always even the normal elimination or evacuation through the alimentary canal. This is to be expected - but with the correction of this condition, and with the eliminations so increased as to create a better balance, we will bring a renewed energy, and a relief from the inclinations for rheumatic and for neuritic reactions in the extremities and in the locomotory centers of the body.
22. First, we would begin with these:
23. To be sure, the removal of the teeth becomes necessary, - all of those that show the formation of pus, the decay, and the conditions that are the cause of this.
24. But it would be well, BEFORE this is done, to create within the system a condition such that this excess of the poisons may be taken care of, and then FROM such being done there will not be the disturbance as would be from the extracting or the correcting of these without this being done.
25. Begin, then, first, with taking half a teaspoonful of Alcaroid after each meal. First dissolve this in a little water, and then fill the glass, and then drink at least another half or full glass of water afterwards.
26. After this has been taken for a day, begin then with the CAROID and BILE SALTS tablets. Take one just after the morning meal; one after the lunch; and two after the evening meal. Then repeat this the next day, as well as the
2051-1 Page 4
Alcaroid.
27. Then, following that, there may be begun the removal of the causes of the poisons in these directions, or the teeth.
28. After these conditions have subsided, then - begin AGAIN with the corrective measures through the taking of the properties indicated (the Bile Salts AND the Alcaroid); but let these then be taken in periods - take for two to three days, leave off two to three days, and then take again.
29. But, during the period, have a colonic irrigation, that more of the poisons may be eliminated from the colon area; and thus replenish the system by normal, natural means. The colonic irrigation would be taken during each two to three day rest period from taking the medicinal properties, see?
30. In the diets - here we will find that a great deal of the corrective forces will depend upon the adherence to the proper food values.
31. No fat meats or greases or fried foods of ANY kind during the periods of these corrections.
32. Have a great deal of the juices of vegetables. This should be fresh juice, and NOT that which has been canned. Especially drink a great deal of carrot juice; an ounce to two ounces, two to three times a day; also celery, or the combinations of celery, lettuce and spinach - these put in a Juicer, and taken fresh.
33. Eat a great deal of vegetables rather than meats, though fish or fowl may be taken in moderation.
34. After at least the second or third round of the eliminations from taking the properties indicated, following the corrections of the gums - we would have at least five to six osteopathic adjustments; these particularly in the areas of the secondary cardiac plexus center, as indicated in the 6th to the 1st dorsal, throughout the cervical, and then a little stimulation - or a FULL measure at least once - through the lumbar and sacral area.
35. Doing these, we will bring renewed energy to this body; for it is good in many ways.
36. Ready for questions.
37. (Q) Is there an osteopath you would recommend for this? (A) Any that would work with that as indicated, or do that as outlined.
38. (Q) Any other suggestions at this time? (A) These we will do, and we will find relief. We should keep the mental attitude ever of a constructiveness, which is the basis of the entity's outlook. Helpful forces to others brings the greatest harmony, mentally and physically.
