In the lobby of Time of Reading Monticello Hotel, 10:45 to 10:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Norfolk, Va.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2051]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, conditions are greatly improved since that as we have had here before; though there are still the effects of the poisons which are to be eliminated from the system.
4. Thus at times there is still experienced a great deal of disturbance with the nerve forces, especially in the areas about the shoulder and the shoulder blade - or pectoralis, and the area that connects with the brachial plexus.
5. As to the teeth and gums, we find that the greater cause of disturbance has been removed; yet there are those that still need some local attention. These should be first cleansed by the dentist, and it will be found that in the areas close below the edge of the gums some are causing YET some disturbance - and the correction of these conditions, or the cleansing of same, will be beneficial. We would cleanse the areas internally as well as the exterior portion.
6. Also, now, we would take consistently those properties which will gradually - not all at once, but gradually - relieve or eliminate the greater amount of the poisons from the system. We refer to the Toris Compound. Prepare two quantities of this, one with the Simple Syrup and one with the Spirits Frumenti; using the Syrup of Sarsaparilla in both quantities, see? Then add the two quantities together. Take a tablespoonful of this solution morning and evening.
7. Then, keep the diets and the activities that have already been outlined - occasionally cleansing the colon with the high enema; and we will bring about much better conditions for this body.

8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Dentist examination revealed only one tooth which required extraction. Are there other teeth that should be removed now; if so, please tell me which ones? (A) As indicated, CLEANSE these with the scalpel - those areas close BELOW the gums, see? and these will be indicated, in at least two.
10. (Q) Is there any change in the order and kind of osteopathic treatments from that previously suggested? (A) These manners as indicated are the best, as we find. Keep up the rubs, and when there are the excruciating pains (until the properties in the Toris Compound have dissolved and eliminated the disturbance) massage with the equal combination of Spirits of Turpentine, Spirits of Camphor and Mutton Suet; and THEN apply heavy hot salt, see? Do these - and, of course, keep the consistency with the diet as indicated, until we eliminate the disturbance. And be sure there are the full eliminations each day, and occasionally - once in two weeks, or oftener if there are not the full daily eliminations - give the colonic, or high colonic irrigation.
