Time of Reading 10:50 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2051], this we have had before.
3. As we find, general conditions are much improved from those as we have had here before.
4. Still there needs to be the massage occasionally of the shoulder, the arm, along the spine; that we may continue to have the bettered condition through those areas where the general strain has existed.
5. In the present we find there is a condition common to many at this period of the year, when there is that change which occurs from the activity of the perspiratory system eliminating a great deal of the poisons. And now there not being sufficient of such activities, the poisons tend to produce an irritation to the skin - or under the skin; and this produces itching on the extremities, on the body at times.
6. Hence we find that there is only needed to be kept for a few days any good eliminant - as Sal Hepatica, or mild doses of Salts - to cause the activities to be set up between the superficial circulation and the activities in the alimentary canal.
7. These are the sources also of restlessness at times, a little headache - all of these come from these general changes.
8. In addition - we would have the osteopathic adjustments rather often, until three or four have been taken; to set up better drainages for the alimentary canal.
9. As to the diet - keep close to those things that have been heretofore indicated for the body.
10. Do these and, as we find, we should keep very close to the greater improvements for the body.
11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) What can be done to improve hearing? (A) This is a part of an old condition. The adjustments specifically for Eustachian tubes will aid, though they will not fully correct - but will prevent further inroads in this direction.
13. (Q) Why do eyes run water? (A) This is a part of the general stress upon the nervous system, and the straining of the eyes. Use glasses more.
14. (Q) What causes nervousness in the knees? (A) The non-coordination in the eliminations, as indicated. That's why the osteopathic adjustments would be helpful, to set up better assimilation and stimulate eliminations through alimentary canal.
15. (Q) Any mental or spiritual advice? (A) Keep the mind constructive, creative in its thinking. This may appear trite, yet if made a part of the mental and physical experience it brings greater harmony in the physical, mental and spiritual body.
