1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. As we find, much improvements in the body - even since last we had same here; though the body in manners at times does strain or overdo its real vitality and energy.
4. As has been indicated, there are certain of the teeth that are contributory to the amount of the poisons that are not eliminated properly from the system.
5. Preferably, we would have the whole of the teeth X-Rayed; especially those indicating ANY disturbance, but preferably all of them. Those showing any disturbance - and these will be found some, or at least one or two molars, two of the incisors need removing. The rest may be treated sufficient to bring bettered conditions.
6. Then we would increase the eliminations so as to carry away more of the poisons and toxins from the system. For this body in the present, and with the activities, we would use the mineral rather than vegetable eliminants; especially such as may be found in Upjohn's Citrocarbonates. This we would take a heaping teaspoonful each morning before any meal is taken. Let it effervesce and drink a full glass of water with the spoonful dissolved in same, and then another glass of water afterwards.
7. Do drink more water.
8. We would continue with the rubs, at least occasionally; especially when there has been an over amount of exercise; for the muscular forces in the shoulder, especially, and the connecting with the breast bone and the back, will be benefited by the oil massages as we have indicated. Before the massage is given, we would apply wet packs; that is, heavy toweling wrung out of hot water and laid over the areas - as of the shoulder, the arm, and along the spine.

And while the body is still warm, with the pores open, apply the oil massage. Then when it is finished, do massage the body with alcohol to close the pores or to rectify any disturbance left there.
9. In the matter of the diet, keep close to the vegetables more at the evening meal, especially. Let the meats be rather in the noon meal, or at lunch, and the greater quantity of vegetables - leafy as well as tuberous natures - will be found to be better for the body, and not too much meat at the evening meal for the body.
10. Have whole grain cereals, and for this body there may be taken the citrus fruits at the same meal, provided the body works - but if it doesn't, it will have gases form same!
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) How much of the vegetable juice should I take now, and how often? (A) These may be rather in the cooked vegetables if so desired, of large quantities, or more of the evening meal made from same. Soups and broths should be included with the vegetables.
13. (Q) Why don't my knees and back bother me when working, yet I can't be still for 30 minutes without them aching and jumping? (A) This is a natural tendency for the very nature or impulse, or the disturbed centers between the imaginative nervous system - or the impulse system - and the cerebrospinal. As indicated, when there is to be the massage, relax the body more by the wet heat before the massages are given. With these we should establish better coordination and not have both nervous systems attempting to function independently.
14. (Q) What causes the stiffness through hips and back of legs? (A) Take out the teeth and get rid of the poisons, and we will see that most of these conditions will disappear. They are toxic pressures upon the bursa in areas where locomotion and muscular action take place. Do these and we will have better conditions for this body.
