1. GC: You will answer the questions regarding this body, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Bettered conditions are indicated in many ways, yet there is not the full elimination of the causes or of the pressures produced by the effect of the poisons through the system.
3. We would take more of the general treatments, the hydrotherapy, as we have outlined; at least five to six more of such treatments.
4. Then keep in the general manner those things outlined for the body betterment.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) Since I am still out of work with very limited funds, what cheap foods are most beneficial for my present condition? (A) That must be according to the choices of the body itself, in keeping with the outlines indicated. Do not take too much acid-producing foods. These the body should know from experience, as well as the general outline for such; that is, not too much starches or meats, or peculiar combinations, or any foods preserved with acetic acid (or vinegar). Refrain from these. Use rather a fruit and vegetable diet, with meats in moderation.
7. (Q) Are raw vegetables, bread, and canned milk all right for me? (A) Alright in their place, but not as a regular diet in the order named. For, the vegetables are better cooked. If there is the desire to preserve all the vitamins and salts of the vegetables, cook them in Patapar Paper.
8. (Q) The shooting pains in arms, legs and hip have practical- ly disappeared with the treatments and resulting sleep. Was the condition possibly neuritic rather than arthritic, and is there danger of return of such? (A) There is danger of return, UNLESS there is the eliminating of the pressures as first indicated. They are of the neuritic nature, with arthritic tendencies.
9. (Q) Is there any displacement of bones or nerve
2067-5 Page 2
pressures in region of left hip that a chiropractor could further correct? Does walking much, even though painful, really harm the hip? (A) These pressures can be removed by the making of the adjustments through the hydrotherapy treatments. DO NOT trust this to chiropractic adjustments! Walking will not be so harmful if this is corrected. If not corrected, it is naturally irritating.
10. (Q) Glasses have been changed recently and seem satisfactory, yet much of the time eyes feel stiff and inflamed, possibly due to constant use some 16-17 hours per day. Is there anything further to be done for them? (A) Poisons from the system are producing more of this disturbance. Hence the indications to take more of the treatments! Be consistent in thy thought and in thy activities for the beneficial effects to the physical being.
11. (Q) Is the so-called offensive perspiration being remedied, or are there further suggestions other than constant bathing, diet, and deodorants? (A) It is being remedied by the hydrotherapy treatments. The system MUST be cleansed of the poisons, and there must be the coordinating of the eliminating systems!
12. (Q) What treatment would you recommend for itching scalp, falling hair, or possibly fading or graying hair? (A) A massage about once a week for several weeks with Listerine; then skip several weeks, and then do it several weeks again.
13. (Q) Do you consider the preparation "Liquidine" beneficial for me? (A) Not so beneficial - unless it is used in conjunction with other things, and the body in better fix so it may resist some of those tendencies that are left by the use of such.
14. (Q) The ends of my fingers sometimes "die" (become perfectly white and numb). Is this due to low blood pressure, and what can I do to remedy condition? (A) Poor circulation. Hence the needs for the stimulation especially to the brachial center when the massages are given, that we may establish better circulation to the whole of the bodily forces.
15. (Q) Do I need artificial support for stomach or intestines if they should again have the sensation of falling out of me? (A) If there is a support worn, it would be better for the general condition of the body. There is none better than the use of just a cloth tightly drawn and fastened about the
2067-5 Page 3
body. This is as good as most of those supports sold at a high price. A piece of sheet, towel or gauze itself, several thicknesses, tightly pulled and fastened about the body. This is better than most of the elastic kind.
16. (Q) Of late I have had mucus in nose and throat. Is this catarrhal? (A) This is the breaking up of those congestions. Hence the needs for the treatments indicated! Do those things! Be persistent, be consistent; for few have these virtues. These CAN be established in the experience of any. Be consistent in conversation, in promises, in activities. For, these are in keeping with the better physical, mental and - surely - spiritual nature.
17. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions for The Reilly Service. He told us when we were in N.Y. that he did not think you had come in for as many treatments as he felt you needed.)
