1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [2074] - together with entity's material, physical and spiritual conditions. Please analyze these, giving definite information, advice and counsel which may be easily understood by her as to how to meet such conditions. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind; the conditions physical, mental and material. These combined, as we find, are rather a complication in the present.
3. Little may be thoroughly understood unless there is accepted some premise upon which each phase of the conditions which disturb would be analyzed. With this, there may be given a helpful outlook from each phase of same.
4. Each individual soul, as it manifests in a material world, is here for a purposeful manifestation; not a haphazard experience, or for only an incident in the experience of the entity.
5. The body finds itself of a threefold nature - physical, in which there are disturbing factors at the present; mental, in which there are disappointing conditions arising that are NOT complementary towards better physical or spiritual outlook; and there is the body-spiritual also.
6. Each phase of the experience of this entity, as every other entity - materially manifesting - depends upon the spiritual attitude, and the ideals of the mental body as to the manner in which any situation - physical, material or mental - will react upon same.
7. Then, these AS premises, if they are accepted, may be the basis for a better understanding of conditions material, mental and physical in which the body finds itself, - [2074].
8. In the physical forces we find there is a general "let down" of better reactions towards resuscitating influences, which is much of a psychological and pathological nature.
9. For, those conditions with the bladder and the liver - as
2074-1 Page 2
opposite poles of the hepatic circulation - give disturbance of a physical nature. This hinders in the manner of proper eliminations, thus causing gradually the accumulations of drosses through the system, upsetting the nervous system - which is susceptible to the psychological or the mental reactions to conditions without and within the physical body.
10. That which arises as the lack of the proper glandular functioning through the throat, the thyroid, and the general activities of same, comes more from the combination of circumstances which upset the mental position or conditions, than from purely a physical reaction. Or, if there is the eliminating of that indecision as to the attitudes the body should take towards individuals and conditions, much of this condition would of itself disappear.
11. Yet, much of it would still be hindered to a great extent by the slowing of the circulation - or the slowing rather of the eliminations, and the accumulations of these poisons that at times affect the circulation in such measures as to become a slowing of the pulsation through the system - or producing an excess in blood pressure, and thus sympathetically becoming a heart disturbance.
12. This, too, with the change in attitude, or the decisions made for the physical activities of the body as to relations to individuals, would materially be aided. Still, there would be the physical reactions that must also be considered.
13. First, then, we would increase the eliminations from the system of a physical nature by the use of SERUTAN regularly; at least a heaping teaspoonful dissolved in warm water or milk and not too dry when taken, each day - with the meal.
14. Also use the high colonic irrigation at least once each week, oftener if it is necessary to keep daily evacuations of the alimentary canal.
15. Occasionally we would use the Watermelon Seed Tea, which will aid in eliminating these disturbances through the kidneys and bladder reactions. Pour a pint of boiling water over a teaspoonful of crushed watermelon seed and allow to steep, as tea, for at least thirty minutes. Take this quantity during the day, mostly as - or as a part of - the drinking water; about once or twice or three times a month.
16. At least once each week have a thorough relaxation of the cerebrospinal system with the electrically driven Vibrator - especially in the area of the sacral, lumbar and lower dorsals, or lower portion of the cerebrospinal system. The movements of the applicator should always be DOWNWARD, giving the treatment for at least twenty to twenty-five
2074-1 Page 3
minutes. Most of the time use the Suction Applicator, - applied directly to the body, of course. About a minute of the time the movement of the applicator would be from the base of the brain, extending down either side of the cerebrospinal bone itself, along the sympathetic nerve system, as a gentle but continuous stroke downward, see?
17. Drink plenty of water at all times! to aid in flushing the little irritation sympathetically and pathologically as being produced in the kidney and the bladder area.
18. Then the diets:
19. Keep away from quantities of fats. Have some raw vegetables at most every meal, or ever meal save breakfast.
20. No heavy meats. No large quantities of potatoes or spaghetti, with gravies or the like. However, corn products - as in the form of grits or hominy - may be taken, but not with quantities of gravies or grease; rather with a little butter on same.
21. But carrots, lettuce, celery - these should be taken rather often, and almost daily. Tomatoes, spinach and the like may be added to same occasionally.
22. Then, as to the physical-material attitudes:
23. Each individual constantly meets self. There are no coincidences, or accidents, that arise in the meeting of people or individuals.
24. It is true that antagonistic influences arise at time, but the reaction to these depends upon the ideals each individual has respecting proper relationships with others.
25. There are those forces as may be had from the study, the analyzing of those truths presented in the light of HIS ministry - that One who is the way, the truth and the light. The analyzing of these, and the application of same in the lives of individuals is an individual experience. But the closer, the nearer one applies those tenets, those truths, those principles in one's daily experience, the greater is the ability of the mental and spiritual self, to revivify the physical activities of any given body.
26. And, as the body here, [2074] has definite ideals, these will respond most effectively, if applied in the experience.
27. DO NOT jump at conclusions. Analyze ALL relationships. Hold no grudges, no feelings, because others have not applied or do not apply that as ye feel to be right, or ye feel should be. Suppose self in the other individual's place, and hold thy tongue from speaking guile or evil of anyone.
28. And ye will find that those things physical, mental and material will adjust themselves day by day.
29. What is His prayer? "Give me TODAY." Or, as He has
2074-1 Page 4
indicated, live daily that ye know, and tomorrow will take care of that in the manner ye have lived this day.
30. Ready for questions.
31. (Q) What causes, and what will relieve, condition in eye, especially right eye? (A) These with the other applications will respond, as has been indicated.
32. (Q) Please give me some spiritual and helpful advice as to the best place and most congenial people with whom I can make my future home. (A) As indicated. This must be chosen by self. Analyze that ye would LIKE to do, see? in the light of what is thy ideal. The relationships that exist in the present environment are well for each, provided the material outlets DO NOT become a burden upon ANY individual. That there is a sympathetic reaction is indicated, and thus it needs cultivation; but not being smothered by indulgence upon the part of either.
33. (Q) Should I stay where I now am? If so, why is this a good environment for me? (A) As just indicated; and if this is desired, and may be compatible to all concerned, well.
34. (Q) Why have these people been presented with this opportunity, and how may they do the best with it? (A) Why are ye alive! Why are ye going to die! Why were ye born! Why are ye sick? Why are ye this, that or the other? Each condition has its purpose, and each individual may analyze same in the light of what is its own ideal.
