Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Va.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - this we have had before. This may become rather serious for the body, unless there is the ability to build some more resistance in the system. For, the complications of the disturbance from cold and congestion in the lymph circulation, which arises from superacidity, as combined with the low vitality AND the heart disturbance, may produce distressing disturbances unless this may be aided without overstimulating heart's activity.
3. As we find, this would be the better manner:
4. First, bathe the lower limbs and feet in as hot water as the body can well stand, afterwards massaging into the feet and limbs the equal combination of Mutton Tallow (melted), Spirits of turpentine and Spirits of Camphor.
5. Keep the body warm.
6. As soon as practical give a cathartic, not too strong but a few doses of Castoria followed with Sal Hepatica.
7. Then have a colonic irrigation. This should be scientifically given, if practical. It should be given at such a place as Parker's office, see?
8. Give beef juices and semi-liquids and liquids, foods that are very stimulating. Every form of better stimulant that is for building strength, as wine or eggnog or the beef juices, liver and fish. These especially, with the fish foods. And give plenty of the whole grain cereals.
9. These should bring the bettered conditions for the body.
10. If temperature arises, better call the physician.
11. (Q) What is condition of kidneys? (A) There is the attempt of the poisons to be thrown off, and this - of course - works against the condition of heart and the liver circulation.
12. (Q) Any chronic trouble? (A) Only as has been indicated of the general nature.
13. (Q) Why is she so pale and bad looking around face and eyes?

(A) The poor circulation, or deep-seated circulation - cerebrospinal circulation - without the superficial circulation. Thus the stimulation needed to the lower limbs, that we may give the better circulation to the body, see?
14. (Q) Any spiritual advice? (A) Keep the constructive thinking, purposeful activity, expectancy of creative energies - if there is the desire of the body for its longer or better activities.
