1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. As we find, disturbing conditions are such that there is at times uneasiness, or anxiety.
4. In the present we would give warnings rather concerning those that are of such a nature as to grow more disturbing, unless measures are taken to eradicate the causes.
5. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [2077].
6. The blood supply indicates a disturbed metabolism. Thus we have a condition in which the blood pressure is abnormal.
7. Hence these, as combined with some glandular disturbance and the nervous reactions, are those concerning which measures should be taken; to eliminate the causes in the present before these become either constitutional or acute, causing greater disturbances to those portions of the body and others that may become affected through these disturbing conditions.
8. In the nervous system - we find that pressures which arise from the sources of nerve impulse give greater disturbances to the eyes and the organs of the sensory system than should be under the general conditions of the body. Also we find that the glandular disturbance in combination with same is shown in the neck and head, and the balance in activities for the equilibrium of the body.
9. From the very nature of the activities of the body, we find that there are the inclinations for lack of proper eliminations. This has caused in the colon itself a plethoric condition; causing pressures that hinder the circulation, and causing the disturbed metabolism.
10. Also the glandular forces, from pressures which exist in the cerebrospinal system, tend also to cause the inclination

for the body to be heavy - according to its height and general activity.
11. These, then, are the conditions to be met or eliminated from the system:
12. As we find, the hydrotherapy treatments as combined with osteopathic adjustments should eliminate these conditions from the system.
13. Then, it would require at first that real precaution be taken for the first two or three treatments.
14. These should include a Fume Sweat rather than that from the dry heat. Use either Atomidine or iodine for the fumes, provided not too much is used; or Wintergreen may be used if it is preferable.
15. Then we would have corrections of those conditions existing in the upper dorsal and through the cervical area; which will be inclined - at the first one or two of such treatments - to cause a general feeling of weakness, and at some times a little dizziness.
16. DO NOT GIVE ANY ELECTRICAL TREATMENTS TO THE BODY!
17. And by the third of such treatments we should find a great deal of help and relief, and gradually the conditions in the head and neck should be entirely eliminated.
18. Following each treatment we would massage the body thoroughly with a combination of oils; using an equal combination of Russian White Oil, Olive Oil and Peanut Oil. Shake these together and massage especially through the areas about the head and neck, including the area back of the ear, and the upper portion of the spine; not too severely massaged over the glands on either side of the throat, but massage all that the body will absorb, - massaging along the spine to at least the 9th dorsal, this mostly downward and in a circular motion.
19. These treatments we would give - the Sweats, the corrections and massage - twice a week until at least five or six are taken.
20. At least every two weeks (though not oftener), we would have a high colonic irrigation. Keep these up until at least four or five have been taken, or until there is no indication of the mucous from the colon itself (which will be indicated especially in the first and second of such irrigations). These will reduce the conditions and eliminate the causes of disturbances for this body of [2077].
21. Do these - in combination with the keeping of a proper diet. The body itself is a very good dietician in most of its suggestions, but often does not follow its own advice for itself!
22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) Is it necessary to change glasses? (A) We would not until after those treatments have been given as recommended, for these should make improvements for the eyes; and then the changes would be more in keeping with the better conditions for the body - as to the use of its eyes and as to the general physical conditions also.
24. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions for a good hydrotherapist who also practises osteopathy. We would refer you to one who has had considerable experience, and gotten good results from, following directions through Mr. Cayce's Readings: The Reilly Service, Atten. H. J. Reilly, R.C.A. Bldg., Radio City, New York City.) [Ques. answered without being asked: What is cause of pressure on nerve situated between the right ear and the neck, that causes a dizzy sensation when turning the head? How can it be corrected? My eyes have been tired of late, - is it due to the same cause?] ?]
