Time of Reading 10:50 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have had this body before.

3. Conditions are not the best, but we find that if there are the proper precautions taken these disturbances may be eliminated to a great measure.

4. As we find in the present, there is an engorgement in colon area. This tends to cause those pressures in the areas about the heart; owing to the irregularity in the pressure.

5. This as we find may cause either the dilation of the heart itself or a disturbance in the thrombose area, or the circulation between heart and liver.

6. These cause the dizziness and the irregular pulse.

7. As we find, with proper precautions as to the manner in which they are given, colonic irrigations may reduce this disturbance in the colon; if proper eliminations are kept.

8. We would have these colonics sufficiently often, at least, to reduce the pressure or to cleanse the colon; under the direction of such as Reilly's. Do not dilate the colon too much, and watch the pulse - especially in the first three or four given. Use precaution that there is the cleansing and not too much dilating - in the first few given. Use soda and salt in the first cleansing solution, and a purifier - such as Glyco-Thymoline - in the last rinsing water.

9. Keep these up until no mucous appears, and until the plethoric condition has been reduced. This is more in the transverse and descending area.

10. Following each colonic there should be a massage.

11. DO NOT give this body at this time electrical treatments, until the greater portion of this disturbance is removed.

12. Doing these, as we find, would bring bettered conditions for the body.

13. Beware of meats, especially of beef, of sausage, or of those things that carry any quantities of grease.

14. Have plenty of vegetables, though do not include dried beans of any kind.

15. With these, and the proper precautions, we will bring bettered forces for this body.

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) Why do I have the dizzy spells when walking on the city streets, but do not have them when I am in the country? (A) Owing to the manner in which this disturbance arises, there is lack of sufficient amounts of oxygen in the air breathed in.

18. (Q) What causes and what should be done for gum condition which the dentist is unable to improve? (A) As we find, if there is the regular use of such as Ipsab, or the combination of such, the gums should be materially aided. This we would use at least twice daily. Massage with the finger, rather than tufts of cotton - in the beginning, at least. Do this.

19. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. H. J. Reilly, R.C.A. Bldg., 1250 Sixth Ave., N.Y.C.) Copy to Ass'n file (10/20/42 GD's note: Ipsab may be ordered, $1 a bottle, from The Appliance Co., Atten. A. M. Godfrey, 2709 Lafayette Blvd., Norfolk, Va.)
