Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces, which are latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, and that to which it may attain, and how:

2. EC: (In going back over the years from the present - " - '35 - turmoils and disappointments - '34 - '31 - anxieties - '21 - years of expectancy - '20 - " etc., on back to birth date.)

3. Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as, or called, [2082].

4. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them here, these as we find are full of purpose and of abilities; yet some - the latent and manifested urges - have interfered and do interfere with the developments in those directions through and for which each soul enters a material experience.

5. It will be well that the entity consider thoroughly that the purpose for entrance into the earth plane is not just to live, but to manifest a purposeful life, one that has its ideal in the spiritual as well as in the mental and material things.

6. And, as the spiritual is the source of that which is eternal in the experiences of each soul, the purposes and aims, as well as the desires, must be primarily in and from a spiritual source.

7. Hence these interpretations are chosen with the desire that this be a helpful experience for the entity in making practical application of that understanding gained, in meeting the problems of this experience in such a way and manner that it may say of itself, "Well done."

8. As to the urges which are latent and manifested, we find these coming under the astrological aspects of Pisces; making for a very intuitive force - and this is well, but do not magnify same in letting the imaginations oft override the better judgements in thy relationships to others. If such intuitive urges are kept in a spiritual import, they will grow to be helpful rather than antagonizing influences.

9. In Jupiter we find not only the benevolent but the activative forces in relationships to the material expressions of the entity in its relationships to the material world. Hence we find, irrespective of the attempt to curtail the urges, the activities are and will be such as to influence groups and individuals, and to have their effect upon the lives of most all whom the entity may meet in any way or manner, or all those with whom the entity may come in contact. This is above the ordinary aspect of that fact, that each and every soul is ever dependent upon the relationships which give expression of the ideals and purposes of one toward another in their dealings with one another.

10. This brings into the experience of the entity those abilities, especially, in being the guiding influence in the affairs of groups, or things, or conditions.

11. Hence as a director of activities, or as in companionship or relationships in which the activities would be the guiding influence - as a mother in its relationships to schools, or in the directing of projects that would have to do with the lives of the young, and the developing forces of the young - not as a servitude, but as in service in directing the principles, the policies as would be the actions for the material as well as the mental - these would be the channels through which the entity might serve the better, and also gain the greater development of for self.

12. And keeping all such activities in a direction toward the spiritual import, as indicated, they may become more and more creative, and thus constructive in the lives and affairs of all. Yet, if such relationships are turned into those channels for material gain as the first and foremost purpose, these must of themselves become as stumblingblocks.

13. For, principles as well as ideals must ever - for a constructive and creative force - be the primary activities in the relationships of individuals one with another.

14. The Mercurian influences give the entity a high mental ability, which oft becomes combative with the intuitive or psychic influences, in arriving at judgements. Thus those injunctions that they must be guided from the spiritual

influence or ideals.

15. From Venus we find both a helpful influence and one also contributory to the disturbing forces. Hence we find the appreciations of the beautiful as to relationships, but there are the needs for these to be guided and directed by an ideal purpose that is not possessive nor of that nature which would bring consternation in any form or manner.

16. As to the appearances in the earth - here we find, as may be indicated from the innate and manifested urges from the sojourns in the astrological aspects, the material sojourns in the earth have not been a great many - that influence the entity in the present.

17. Hence, as has been termed by some, the entity is oft considered not as emotional in a material manner as some, - yet the purposes and ideals of the entity may become VERY emotional at times. These, of course, are constructive forces - but in dealing with material things may oft bring consternation rather than harmonious experiences - unless there is an analyzing of self oft as in relation to its purposes and its ideals.

18. As to the earthly sojourns, then:

19. Before this the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during those early periods of activity - when there were the greater settlings during what may be called the reconstruction period following the Revolution.

20. There we find the entity was active in the capacity of what would today be termed an instructor in the educational factors, not only from books but from relationships and factors dealing with the problems as to vocational guidance in the experience - about the land now known as Trenton, New Jersey.

21. Hence we will find in the present that those particular environs would become of a much more harmonious nature for the experiences of the entity, provided they were given in those directions in which there would be the supervising activities - as in teaching or directing institutional activities, or institutional services, for the aid of individuals in making preparation for lives of definite service in the affairs and relationships one with another.

22. The name then was Mabel Gargason. In the experience the entity gained throughout, until the latter portions when there were those activities which brought about discernments of individuals' relationships which brought disturbing factors, and created the conditions in which resentments arose.

23. And these are oft in the present experience to be met, - in those periods when jealousies, resentments, and harsh

2082-1 Page 4

words or hard words, may become barriers. These should be overcome. For, creative forces - as of a spiritual nature - are those things that beget harmony and peace and love, even though there may be harsh or unkind things said to thee. For, like begets like - and these are unchangeable laws.

24. Then, if you would have friends - be friendly. If you would have love, create it - give it; make it in thy experiences one with another. For these will overcome barriers; while harshness and inharmony can only make for illness of every nature - whether of a material or mental nature - in one's relationships with others.

25. Before that we find that the entity was in the land now known as England, during those early settlings in that land when there were more considerations being given to the activities of the mothers of the land - because of the considerations which had arisen through the necessities for such individuals to carry on under the disturbing and troublesome periods caused by the activities in the Holy Land - or during the periods following the Holy War.

26. There we find the entity showing itself in its abilities to meet the needs of the conditions from the material angle, yet judgement was passed and activities were made in which there was the greater consideration given for the whole of the activities. And the entity led in the establishing of activities which would make for the betterment of the nation, the community, the vicinity; and also in the combination of all, and one for all. FREEDOM became an urge, which finds its expression in the present experience.

27. Hence the entity finds that it must have its freedom of speech, its freedom of activity, if it is to find itself in the abilities to do - and these are both good and bad urges. For, no individual may be wholly free that is obligated in the directions to others - yet every individual is free indeed with those activities which arise from, and ever of, a spiritual nature. But when these become for self-indulgence, or self-aggrandizement, or self-exaltation, they create antagonisms that become stumbling-stones to the many.

28. The name then was Elizabeth Ann.

29. Before that, we find the entity was in the Egyptian land, during those periods of reconstruction with the return of the Priest to the land.

30. The entity was engaged in the activities in the Temple of Sacrifice, as individuals prepared themselves for vocational activities of the land - from the lowest to the highest. And this was as a principle of the entity through that

2082-1 Page 5

experience - of making them all of one purpose, and not because of power or place or position were they considered superior to those who had purified themselves through the activities in the Temple of Sacrifice.

31. Hence the entity, latently and manifestedly, has the abilities in the present to give directions to the activities of any group, of any nature or character, in which there are the vocational directions, the preparations for special service. These may be the channels in this experience through which the entity entity may gain the greater influence, materially, mentally, and spiritually; yet these must ever be tempered with the spiritual import.

32. The name then was Has-Elputi

33. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, and that to which it may attain, and how:

34. How?

35. Find self. For, as is indeed understood, and may be gained more and more - purposes, desires, aims, hopes, while they may be only mental, if they are entertained within the bodily experience they become realities - by their application in one's relationships to others.

36. And, inasmuch as ye do it unto the least of thy associates, ye do it unto thy Maker.

37. For, each soul is as a corpuscle in the heart of the Maker, and either makes for development or retardment within its relationships and dealings with others; it either becomes as a creative force or a disturbing influence that brings in the material plane inharmony or disturbance, dissatisfaction, and those things that make an individual or soul afraid.

38. Then:

39. Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman not ashamed; divining the words of truth, keeping self from those things which would condemn thee in thine own conscience.

40. In those fields of service as of directing, as an instructor, a teacher, or as in the direction of institutional associations, are the channels through which greater service and greater harmony may be had.

41. Do that which is not only pleasing in thy sight to others but that which is pleasing to thy conscience in thy relationships to thy Maker.

42. Ready for questions.

43. (Q) Is it indicated that my contemplated trip to New Jersey will be beneficial to my family? (A) As we find, this can and may be made so.

44. (Q) Is this the time to make a fresh start away from ...?

2082-1 Page 6

(A) In those occupations as indicated - in the directing of affair of institutions, or the helping or aiding of others in the vocational guidance, or teaching in such associations as would bring about these factors - it would be well - and away from ... In those areas about such as Trenton, Princeton, or portions of Jersey, would be the better.

45. (Q) Is it wise for me to move away from ... indefinitely? (A) This depends upon the choice that is made as to the service and activity.

46. (Q) Is it indicated that my ambition for the summer business at ... will be realized? (A) This again depends upon factors. As indicated, away FROM the Beach would be more in harmony with the purposes as should be made a part of the desires and hopes of the entity. But if these are chosen in the present environs and surroundings, then other fields of activity or service would be the choice - which as we find would not be the best.

47. (Q) Is it indicated that Mr. [...]'s decision will be favorable to me? (A) As we find, this will eventually be favorable - if such is desired.

48. (Q) What business would you suggest that would be more remunerative to me? (A) Read just what has been indicated.

49. (Q) Is it indicated that I shall marry again? (A) Within two years, if so desired.

50. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (Has only been THROUGH New Jersey, but has felt the urge to go there; to put her son in school near Trenton.) in school near Trenton.)
