1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2084].

3. Now as we find, there are weaknesses, and thus inclinations towards disturbances which might become a very aggravating condition.

4. These as we find have been of some time standing, or the weakness as an inclination is from conditions which existed in a prenatal effect - of what may be called the negative pole of the hepatic circulation; or the conditions which exist as in relation to eliminating of certain characters of poisons or disturbances from the physical forces of the body.

5. Thus this weakness tends to overtax, or overexercise the organs under the disturbance, to the extent that at times there becomes a quite exaggerated condition.

6. That there has not been other than weakness, and tiredness, and languidness at times, as yet indicated, arises from the very fact of the growth and the full life force and expectancy of the body.

7. As we find, unless there is the exercising of activities as to cause a great irritation, or from diet and from the physical actions that would cause injuries to the organs, these should not necessarily give a great deal of trouble, but should within the next two, three to four years gradually be taken care of through the care of the general conditions. This is provided, of course, that there is the proper consideration of the diet and of the activity, and the watching of those things as would cause the organs to be disturbed - as there is the general change of the body.

8. But it will necessarily indicate that there would be a great disturbance if later in the experience there were the

attempt to make such union, or activity, as to cause a strain upon these organs.

9. As we find, then, we would keep these:

10. Do not eat quantities EVER of meats. Fish, fowl, - these in moderation may be taken occasionally, but preferably have the diet depend a great deal upon vegetables of all characters. Especially carrots, lettuce, beets and celery; and any manner in which these may be prepared that agrees with the body is well. Of course, all green vegetables early of spring, but not so much of dried vegetables - rather the fresher variety. However, those that are canned without Benzoate of Soda as a preservative may be taken through such seasons or periods when these are not obtainable fresh. As to the brand of vegetables canned that carries the least Benzoate of Soda - those that carry same are marked. As we find, though, Libby's is an excellent brand.

11. About once each week prepare four ounces of Watermelon Seed Tea, and take this over a period of two days; that is, two ounces one day, two the next. Then the next week make this quantity again, fresh. Keep the two ounces preserved in a cool place for the next day, see? This may be taken warm or cold, according to the taste of the body. Prepare by pouring the four ounces of boiling water over a level teaspoonful of cracked or ground watermelon seed, and allowing to steep as ordinary tea; not boiling, but steeping, for about twenty minutes. Then it may be drained off, or strained; taking two ounces of it, and leaving two ounces for the next day. Then the next week do the same again.

12. Also once every ten days (and make it on the tenth day) eat one small Jerusalem artichoke; this to be cooked in its own juices (as in Patapar Paper). This adds the adrenal reaction to the system in a manner that will keep the functioning of the kidneys without irritation, through the salts from same, and straining - as it were - the sugars from the activities in the system, keeping a balance with the activity of the glands - as the pancreas and spleen, - in relation to its development and activity.

13. As to the exercises - while there should be plenty of activity in the open when convenient, there should be no heavy or straining exercise, such as the violent exercise as might be had from tennis or golf; but walking, riding or the like is very well for the body.

14. These as we find, if they are adhered to - for at least six months to a year - will make for the better conditions of this body, [2084].
