Time of Reading 11:35 to 11:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Conn.
1. GC: You will answer the questions regarding this body, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2084]; this we have had before.
3. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) Has there been further improvement since last Reading? (A) In some respects, some improvement; but as we find there have been administrations of some properties which were not indicated through this channel. These have not at all times worked well with the other applications as we have suggested. For, the activities of those properties we have indicated were to stimulate portions of the system in its functioning; while those other administrations that have been made have had rather an exaggerated influence. Thus these are not altogether well. As we find, it would be better to either follow the suggestions here indicated, consistently, or else adhere ENTIRELY to other sources of information for suggestions as might be indicated from symptoms. It is not well to combine these, unless it is indicated from here that such should be used under extreme or extenuating circumstances.
5. (Q) Should the treatment followed since her first Reading be continued or should it be varied in any way? (A) As just indicated, we would follow one or the other.
6. (Q) Approximately how long should it be before another Check Reading? (A) This would depend, to be sure, upon circumstances; and as to the choice taken respecting the character of treatments to be followed.
7. (Q) If Jerusalem artichokes go entirely out of the market here, where might they be obtained until Fall? (A) John A. Salzer Seed Company, Racine, Wisconsin.
8. (Q) Is her blood pressure too high? If so, how much? Should anything be done for it? (A) The administrations of those glandular extracts, with

the other applications indicated, HAVE produced an excess in this direction. These as we find are some of those phases of the conditions that are not so well. If those suggestions as first indicated are to be followed, as given through this channel, these as we find should - for the next six to ten weeks - be sufficient to care for the disturbances; provided the other administrations are left off, and the activities and the diets are kept in line with those suggestions first made.
9. (Q) Do you refer to the thyroid treatment which she receives? (A) As indicated, this produces the excesses of activities in the system.
10. (Q) Are frequent headaches result of kidney trouble, or from some other cause? Is it neuralgia? (A) Rather the excesses of pressures created upon the general nervous system by too great a stimulation to thyroid activity. With this left off, and with the exercise and activities watched as indicated, this pressure should come back to normal - and bring relief from headaches.
11. (Q) Is there any sign of trouble in left lower abdomen, where she recently had an attack of sharp pain? (A) This as we find was rather an acute nervous reaction, and not an organic nor functional disorder; rather a condition of a reflex nature.
12. (Q) Does heavy flushed face indicate some trouble? (A) The excess, or fastness, or pressure - all of these are indicated by this flushness.
13. (Q) How might her posture be improved? (A) Merely through suggestion or choice of the body; though this can be done better by suggestion to the body's subconscious mind at the time of going to sleep, than by the wrangle or the causing of resentments through constantly reminding the body consciously.
14. (Q) Are such soft drinks as Coca-Cola detrimental to her? (A) Coca-Cola is not harmful; others, or some others, might be harmful. However, if the drink is prepared with the syrup added to plain and not carbonated water, it would be more beneficial.
15. (Q) Is weak iced tea harmful to her? (A) Weak tea is rather strenuous, though it may be taken at times, occasionally; provided OTHER conditions are kept more in balance.
16. (Q) Would altitude ranging from 3 to 5 thousand feet above sea level hurt her? (A) If there is the keeping up of those administrations that are to increase the rate and pressure of pulsation,
2084-3 Page 3
this would be harmful. If these are left off, and when there has been the receding of the pressure or normalcy assumed, as to circulation, pulsation and pressure, it would NOT be harmful - unless overexercise is taken.
17. (Q) Should her teeth be straightened as soon as possible, or should it wait? (A) The sooner the better, provided it does not become as an aggravation; but rather as persuasive suggestions in this direction would be well to begin as early as possible.
