Time of Reading 3:20 to 3:35 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Conn.

1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2084]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, in some directions conditions show great improvement. In others there are still those tendencies for the lack of the cooperation of activities between the liver and the kidney circulation.

4. Periods arise when the conditions appear exaggerated, - when there are the tendencies to break over from this or that activity, or to take on more of those characters of foods that have been indicated not so well.

5. As we find, those suggestions that have been made, if consistently and persistently carried out, offer the better conditions for keeping down the disturbances and for gradually building the nearer to normal activities in this body as the body forces progress.

6. Then, in the present we would not offer changes, but would be insistent that at least every month or six weeks there be a full application of all those suggestions that have been indicated for the keeping of betterments with this body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What is indicated by the roving pains of varying intensity, at irregular intervals? and are any remedies suggested? (A) As just indicated, and as first given, there is the tendency for incoordination between the activity of the liver and the kidneys, as to their action and functioning in the body; owing to those pressures and general disturbances in the unbalancing of the chemical forces of the system. These pains, then, are the warnings that more consistency is needed in adhering to the line of diets and applications as

suggested.

9. (Q) Please explain the cause of the various queer feelings, such as the tingling, dizziness at times, feeling faint, nervousness, nausea on first awaking, etc. (A) All of these may be easily included in those suggestions just made, as to conditions existing in the body; for these are the reactions upon the nerve system, and of course become more perceptible to the body upon awaking of morning, or if it sits in one position for a long period of time, or if riding long distances or the like. These, of course, tend to bring accentuations of the general disturbance in these areas. Now, as to eliminating these, - as indicated, these are rather of the nature that is organic. Thus the functionings at times become quite varied - that is, of the liver and kidneys; the kidneys of course being the accentuated forces, and at times have been much larger than even in the present. And there are large quantities, not of pus but of fluids that tend to produce pressures that give disturbances to the body. And these can best be kept down by those applications suggested.

10. (Q) What will keep eliminations regular? (A) To be sure, the diet of more fruits of the nature that are easily assimilated, and that do not upset the activity of the kidneys.

11. (Q) Should the Petrolagar be continued when necessary? (A) To be sure.

12. (Q) Has the blood pressure improved, and is it still too high? (A) The blood pressure has improved. This is one of the many indications of DEFINITE improvements, see - yet there are times, under these stresses, when this comes to be a very disturbing factor. Hence the needs of keeping aware of the proper diet and activity; though, as indicated, and as stressed again and again, do not get the body "minded" or "afraid" to do this or that or the other, or "Don't do this because you know your kidneys," or the like, but rather let the suggestion be in the manner of "Do this, because this is your outline and we will adhere to it, because we know it will be best."

13. (Q) Is the glandular action throughout the body satisfactory? (A) Not satisfactory as yet, but this - too - shows improvement.

14. (Q) Is thyroid needed at this time? (A) Rather, as we would find - once a week give one drop of Atomidine in half a glass of water before the morning meal. This is a very small dosage, yes - but its effectiveness here will be quite evident. At the first time it may

produce the feeling of dizziness, but afterward this will not reoccur.

15. (Q) If the body desires, may it take part in various exercises such as speed ball at school, or hanging rings at home on which to do stunts - or just how much exercise? (A) Just so it isn't overdone. This sort of exercise is very well, for its production of activity in the body - especially the rings; the ball too, but the rings especially - is to stretch the muscular forces so as to be beneficial. But just don't overdo it. A few minutes at the time in the beginning, preferably.

16. (Q) How are her eyes at present? (A) These at times give disturbance, but are somewhat better.

17. We are through for the present. Copy to Father " " Ass'n file (GD's note at the time of the reading: Atomidine is manufactured and distributed by The Atomidine Co., 64 East Sidney Ave., Mt. Vernon, N.Y.) Y.)
