1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
3. As we find, in the main there are some improvements shown in the disturbing conditions which have been and are a part of this body's experience.
4. There is less inflammation in the kidney areas. While there are some disturbing conditions that become rather acute at times, we find that with the precautions necessary - or in keeping with the general changes that are coming about with the body - the body should at least "keep its own".
5. Occasionally - not so often necessary now, but at least once in every two weeks - we would have the general relaxing treatment osteopathically.
6. Then we would keep most of those other suggestions as we have indicated as well for this body.
7. These, with exercise - while not too violent, but keeping in the open and exercising in same - should be well for this body, [2084].
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) What caused the recent pains at night from stomach thru abdomen, that seem to be relieved by heat? Are they serious and what should be done about them? (A) As we find, these arose rather from some indiscretion in eating at the time. It is not a part of the general disturbance. When such conditions occur, the relief by heat is very well. We find that this is more, or was more, the attempt of the body to eliminate - than from other causes.
10. (Q) Is any improvement indicated as a result of the osteopathic treatments? (A) As indicated, improvement is shown. It has kept the activities of this portion of the hepatic circulation nearer in order.
11. (Q) Does she need glasses?

(A) This will best be found by the testing. As we find, it would be well; for it would relieve the general tensions that are consistently a part of any disturbance with the kidneys, AND this sympathetic reflex to the optic nerves. Thus as indicated, we would occasionally have the general osteopathic treatments, but not so often as heretofore.
12. (Q) Should present glasses be checked, and by whom? (A) Any good optometrist. Would be well.
13. (Q) In dental treatment, is the use of Novocaine dangerous to her? If so, what should be used for necessary anaesthetic? (A) There are other conditions that are used - akin to the Twilight Sleep - that would be as effective and not as dangerous for this particular body.
14. (Q) Is any change suggested in present general treatment and diet? (A) As indicated, we would keep the general treatments about the same. The diet we would change only as there are the seasonal conditions, of course; the fruits and vegetables that are seasonal, and especially of the district in which the body resides - these use.
15. (Q) How many hours sleep should she normally get? (A) At least eight hours sleep.
16. (Q) When should we seek further information through this channel? (A) When conditions appear such that there would be some anxieties, or under disturbances - then we would seek further.
