1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
3. As we find, while there are some upsetting or disturbing symptoms indicated in the body-activities here, these need not NECESSARILY cause any undue concern - if there are those administrations and activities that will keep the body-forces near to a normal reaction.
4. There IS some pus in the activities of the kidneys here, as indicated through the tests. This, though, is not so much as when first suggestions were given through these channels for corrections. Neither is there so much inflammation, though the inflammation tends to cause a stricture - or a pulling sensation - to the activity of the organs of the pelvis, or to those areas that are active through the menstrual periods - or the ovaries, especially in the right side.
5. With the activities, with leaving off properties to keep the better normal balance in the chemical forces, that are not fully created in the body functions, and those tendencies for too much sweets, there is the tendency for the conditions to be aggravated.
6. We would, then, reduce to almost nil the amount of sweets for the body. Honey may be taken. Saccharin may be used for sweetening any of the drinks that may be taken by the body, though even this should be rather in a very moderate form.
7. No carbonated drinks at any time, though for this body a little tea may at times be taken - but never with milk or cream in same.
8. Do begin with the Watermelon Seed Tea regularly - until there has been reduced the tendencies for this inflammation, which as we find should clear in a two-week period. But keep this daily, for at least two weeks; two ounces each day, see? It may be taken for two weeks, left off then five

to six days, then taken again for a week; then left off a week - or changed in about that ratio of intervals. This supplies an element needed for keeping purification in the activities of the kidneys, in relationship to the activity of the eliminations from the body.
9. When there is any uneasiness or stress through the groin or the area about the ovary, massage gently with an equal combination of Mutton Tallow (melted), Spirits of Turpentine and Spirits of Camphor. Let this congeal, then massage GENTLY into those areas.
10. To produce an equalization in weight of the body, and to form the proper character of sugars in the body, we would take grape juice at least four times each day (Welch's, preferably). Take two ounces of the grape juice, stirred in one ounce of plain water (NOT carbonated), about half an hour before each meal and at about the time of retiring.
11. Use whole wheat bread or toast; NEVER white bread.
12. Because this reduces the appetite, or the quantity of food taken, do not let this produce anxiety.
13. DO keep up the general SERIES of osteopathic treatments; at least once a week until there are ten or twelve treatments. Then leave off two to three weeks, or through a series or a period - then begin again with these.
14. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) Is the exercise of mowing grass beneficial or harmful to her condition? (A) Beneficial, if it is not too tiring.
16. (Q) How much water should she drink every day? (A) From six to eight glasses.
17. (Q) Why is she inclined to be heavy for her height? (A) A glandular reaction to the sugars that must be reduced as indicated, by the forming of other characters of sugars or sweets in the body.
18. (Q) How does her general condition compare to her condition at the time of her last Rdg.? (A) As has been indicated. Do these things for the present.
19. We are through for the present. Two copies to Mother (one for Dr. Dobbins) Copy to Ass'n file
