1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2084], this we have had before.
3. As we find, the upset that has recently come about is partially the emotional body, that affects the functioning of the organs.
4. Thus, it has produced those acute conditions. To be sure, these might have been averted if there had been made those administrations as were last suggested.
5. Yet, of course, these emotional upsets become a part of the condition, and will necessarily have to be the change in the attitude of the body itself.
6. The chill and the emotions arise in the sensory forces of the body. And with those disturbances that exist between the liver and the kidneys, it produces this reaction.
7. Hence in the applications of those natures in the diet, there should be the Jerusalem artichoke to supply the insulin as to keep down shocks to the nervous system; thus creating a better coordination between the liver and kidneys.
8. Thus, we would have this particular character of artichoke as a part of the diet. Use it for at least two to three days in succession; then about every five days, until there has been the time for the reaction from the mechanical (osteopathic) adjustments that have been suggested.
9. These, the osteopathic treatments, are to be stimulations to the upper portion of the body; that is, in the dorsal and cervical area - the upper dorsal and cervical area, and a relaxation from the 7th and 8th dorsal to the end of the spine.
10. These, as we find - with the precautions not to overexercise, but sufficient to keep a normal circulation

and keep the proper eliminations through the alimentary canal, should bring back the better conditions for this body.
