Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern War Time.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2084]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, in many ways there is a real improvement with the body.
4. What causes, and what should be done to correct; Irritation, small underskin bumps resembling chillblains, on hands and feet, that itch and burn; causing hands to become very tender until it is painful to use them?
4. That there occurs occasionally the upsetting conditions through the whole of the system may be expected. For, these are the regular series of CYCLE changes that come about. When such occur, have an extra two or three treatments by the one making the adjustments for the body.
5. And be a little more precautious about the diets. And make self be a little more active. Not violent exercise, but a little more active in the open, and especially of associations with others in some form of physical entertainment.
5. How is her general condition?
6. Should any change be made in her treatments or dosage, or any change in timing of either? (By dosage I refer to Watermelon Seed Tea, Atomidine and Artichokes)

8. (Q) What causes recent pains at times in back and left side; also coldness of hands and feet, always the left ones first? (A) As indicated, this is a period, or has been a period, of cycle changes; that is, the organs that have been involved here - as the kidneys, as the bladder, as that circulation between the liver and kidneys is just adjusting itself to the new impulses through the natural development of body and the series or periods that come naturally with

changes in the developing of the body-forces. And these give rise to this character of disturbance. If there is given the extra two or three of the adjustments AND the altering or changing of the environs for the mental activities of body, physically and mentally, these will disappear. Do that.
8. Should there be any change in diet?
9. Should her rest be disturbed at night to relieve her bladder?
9. (Q) Is there any significance to the fact that the left side is affected first? (A) No; this is only the general routine of cycle changes, see?
10. What causes the left ankle to pain severely when for any reason it is bent, and what should be done for it?
10. (Q) What is the tender spot on the lower left area of the back, and what should be done to correct it? (A) This, as indicated, is one of the many effects of a series of changes naturally wrought by those cycle changes. Do as has been indicated, and we will bring better conditions.
