1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Back again! Yes, we have the body here, [2084]; this we have had before.

3. There are changes in the body since last we had same here but these, as we find, unless neglected are not necessarily something to be overanxious about.

4. There is the lack of proper eliminations as related to the periods, which have begun since information has been given through the various periods. But these should be given particular attention by he osteopathic corrections, not to upset the body, to be sure; for the secretions from the ovaries, the eliminations which disturb the body, very much upsets the mental attitude of the body at such times. It becomes irritable and cross, also causes itching and a rash over various portions of the body.

5. Cut down on the amount of sweets taken, not even using sugar on fruits or on cereals or things of that nature.

6. Do add to the body Jerusalem artichoke, about once a week. This should be cooked in Patapar paper. Reserve or preserve all of the juices which cook from same and mix with the pulp as it is prepared. Once a week should be sufficient. Season with a little butter and a little salt and pepper.

7. Do use only the health salt or kelp salt or deep sea salt. All of these are of the same characters. But they are better than just that which has been purified, for the general health of many and this body in particular.

8. The osteopathic adjustments are not necessary more than once a week and these should come before the periods. For these are upsetting.

9. The activities of the body in the open and especially

that having to do with outdoor games, tennis, croquet, riding (bicycle or horseback), all of these would be well for this body.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) What causes nausea especially after meals? (A) This upsetting of the general nervous system. When the osteopathic adjustments are given, the nerves or these centers that tend to empty the stomach itself need stimulation, as do the nerves which empty the ovaries and the organs of the pelvic. These are to be stimulated, while other centers, as in the head, the face, the lower portion of the stomach itself, or the activity of liver, pancreas, spleen should be as relaxing, the others stimulating for activity.

12. (Q) What causes sharp pain in right side in area of appendix? (A) This is in the ovarian area and this only comes close to, just before or after the periods.

13. (Q) What is the cause of bloated abdomen? (A) As has been indicated, all of these are the same character of disturbance. Follow through with these activities as well as the treatments and the use of those which will make for actions with pancreas, spleen in [and] the digestive system.

14. (Q) What foods would be best for her when she comes home from school so hungry? (A) Whole grain cereals if not too much sugar is used. Put in a little honey instead.

15. (Q) Since she takes on weight so easily, what foods would be best in her diet? (A) Drink grape juice. This will keep down the weight. Take two ounces of grape juice (such as Welch's) and one ounce of plain water, half an hour before each meal is taken and just before retiring of night.

16. (Q) Would change of climate be beneficial? (A) Change of scene, change of activities would be very well for the body but only for a time.

17. (Q) What location? (A) Wherever the body chooses but close to activities of seashore would be well. Columbia, South Carolina; Savannah; Virginia Beach, the mountains. Any of these would be well for the body.

18. (Q) What cause her feet to become cold, especially when she is active? (A) It is poor circulation. This is why the type of activity is suggested such as tennis, croquet, bicycle and horseback riding. These make especially for activities through the areas where the disturbances are part of the condition.
