1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2091].

3. As we find, while conditions in the main are very good, there would rather be warnings given as toward tendencies that exist; that there might be those things done to alter or correct these tendencies existing in the present.

4. Because of these tendencies, do not infer that there is disease; but rather, at times, in certain portions, as will be indicated, dis-ease exists. Thus the indication through varied portions of the tendencies as we find.

5. These, then, are conditions as we find them in the present with this body, [2091], we are speaking of, present in this room:

6. In the blood supply we find there is some disturbance indicated in the katabolism, and the organs through which same is active; that is, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys. They each cause certain activities upon the blood stream.

7. In the metabolism there would be shown pressures or affectations to the organs indicated, while in the katabolism there would be shown rather the effect as produced upon the carotid artery - or that between the liver AND the heart.

8. This, then, indicates that at times the lungs and kidneys are involved in the condition; in that at times there is a burden upon the kidneys, at others a burden upon the lungs to purify the blood supply.

9. For, the liver and the heart work coordinantly. The lungs and the kidneys, while coordinating, purify the blood in different directions.

10. These are the disturbances or inclinations that now exist, though the metabolism or the blood pressure itself is

2091-3 Page 2

very good - save the effect of a bit of quickened pulsation, from those recent disturbances as related to the chemical balance in the system between the alkaline and acid.

11. The activity produced in the nervous system is very good. There are few hindrances. No subluxations do we find, - only those tendencies, showing that at times there is a condition produced in lung - with a quick activity, overphysical exertion; while the reflex from this the next day, or in forty-eight hours, may show a concurrent activity in the kidneys.

12. The thrombus [has not developed], or carotid artery [rather], is not engorged. There IS a fullness at times in the heart itself. There ARE those tendencies for the extra activity in the kidneys at times. There ARE those lapses, or there is a filling at times of the liver lobes. These are the effects from the very nature, or the reflex of the katabolism of the blood flow itself.

13. In the general conditions of the body, or the organs, - the conditions that have existed at times from the general pressures through the activity of the sensory system at times give some dis-ease, and the effect upon the organs of same, though there is not a diseased condition. These are indicated in the tendencies for the lack of ready response in the auditory forces, the vision, and the reflexes through the sense of odor; yet these as we find are rather temporary in the present.

14. The conditions of the lungs themselves are good, though they indicate quite a filling at times, owing to the quantity and the activity of the blood flow itself.

15. Heart's activity is good, save as indicated - at times those tendencies for the slowing of blood through circulation to lungs, kidneys, without sufficient in the liver. Thus a filling of the valvular reaction in heart's activity.

16. The digestive forces are good, the dietetics are good; the body is very good in assimilations. All of these are very well.

17. Liver - only that as of reflex; kidneys as that of the opposite to those activities, though organically not disturbed, rather in the katabolism of the body.

18. Then, in making helpful suggestions for activities of the body - we find those activities are well that keep a better balance in the superficial and the deeper circulation, keeping much of those poisons from the system; that is, poisons from the energies of the body. Wherever, whenever there are those activities mentally OR physically, there must necessarily be the used energies, as in the

2091-3 Page 3

discharge of the dead cells of blood supply, whether white or red blood or leucocyte. These must be eliminated. With the katabolism disturbed, these become as ash, or poisons; not to the point - as yet - of a toxic condition, or a poisoning of that nature, but those tendencies.

19. Hence hydrotherapy, with the light sweats, good rubdowns, and the occasional cleansing of the colon, would be manners to bring coordination.

20. These would be taken occasionally, or first a series of some six to ten, regularly; then occasionally - once a month, once in two months; depending upon how much activity there is in the open and to the pressure in the blood supply.

21. Do these, if we would bring the bettered conditions by relieving the inclinations, and bringing better coordinating activity in the whole of the circulation and the organs as reflect same in their functioning and activity with same.

22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) Should I take any teas or medicines? (A) These as we find are not necessary; though if it is impractical for the general hydrotherapy, the teas that aid in eliminations might be taken. But preferably we would use the hydrotherapy, rather than any tea or medicine or drug. And watch the diet - this, of course, is necessary. Do these, if we would keep the better balance and add to the physical, the mental and spiritual abilities for greater activity of the potential value of the body in its relationships to the spiritual, mental and material experience.

24. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See extra notation [which was enclosed] for H. J. Reilly, The Reilly Health Service, 1250 Sixth Ave., (RCA Bldg.) New York City.)
