1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions that may be asked.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2093].
3. As we find, the basis or the causes of the disturbance primarily arise from toxic poisons; or lack of proper eliminations. These have also affected, through the absorption in the system, those conditions to such an extent as to cause the superficial circulation to be involved also.
4. These as we find may be the better controlled through diets, as combined with sufficient of properties to cause eliminations to be the nearer normal, and the stimulating of the areas or centers from which activities receive their impulse.
5. Then, these are the conditions as we find them with this body, [2093].
6. The blood supplies indicate the character or sources of the disturbances, and the effects which are indicated in the superficial circulation indicate how the complications have arisen; as well as the effect upon the metabolism of the system - thus the activities of the heart, the liver, the kidneys, as RELATED to eliminations through alimentary canal.
7. In making the applications as we would find:
8. First, we would give that a great deal of the diet consist of, or include - that is, at least the better part of two meals each day - the citrus fruits, or the raw fruit juices, or the mixture and combination of raw vegetables.
9. Then, at least twice each week we would have the thorough hydrotherapy treatments; including especially the massage, with the baths which will aid in not only eliminating the poisons from the superficial circulation, but internal baths to the extent that we remove the causes of these disturbances - both as related to the superficial and the

deeper circulation, as to eliminations.
10. During the massages we would also relieve the pressures upon the locomotories in the lumbar areas.
11. The colonics, or the internal baths, or the eliminations in this manner, should be taken at first once or twice a week, until there is no indication of the phlegm or mucous in the stool.
12. Of course, these will require that the body rest - but have a little exercise in the open - as the walking and the like - when practical.
13. Also we find it would be of assistance to take internally sufficient Glyco-Thymoline as an intestinal antiseptic; about five or six to ten drops in water at a time, taken once or twice a day, for sufficiently long enough that there is indicated the odor of same through the stool.
14. The digestive forces will be better if there will be used the ALCAROID as a digestive fluid to aid in stimulating a better activity through the alimentary canal.
15. Refrain from any toxin, or alcoholic drinks, or those natures. A little wine may be taken as a stimulant of an evening, but this should be either of the very light wines or the heavy red wines, with brown or black bread.
16. These as we find, if they are done consistently and persistently, will bring the better conditions.
17. Do these for this body, [2093].
