1. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind, [2096].

2. In the physical forces of the body we find there are rather those conditions of which the body should be warned. While the effects that are created in system from the disturbances at present do not cause such a great inconvenience, other than as experienced by too much avoirdupois - or obesity - the conditions in the ELIMINATIONS are those MOST to be warned of; for they must eventually turn to a condition which would be detrimental to the heart's action, either through the conditions in the kidneys and lower limbs or through the kidneys and the sugars created in system; for already we find - while the glands have somewhat to do with the disorders that are produced, these are rather general than so specific in their natures - the eliminations are those that cause the disorders in the lower portions of the system; feet, ankles and limbs, as well as those that produce a tendency for PORTIONS of the body, especially, to be out of proportion to the body as a whole.

3. These conditions, as we find, may be aided the most were the body to be more mindful of the diet; not as an extremist, no - but as one that would have the corrections made in the general eliminating system and conform with same in the manner of the diet and in the activities of the body.

4. We would find, this would be rather - then - an outline for the corrections of the physical conditions, that may later produce hindrances in the general physical health of the body.

5. We would begin first with those colonic irrigations, one every ten days until four or five are taken, which will overcome this tendency of constipation through the system, giving an activity to the body which will be better.

6. We would also, at least twice each week, have those sweat cabinet baths, with a thorough rubdown afterwards with any of the eliminants - or, prepared as this:

7. Take Russian White Oil 1 pint, alcohol 1 pint, witchhazel

2096-1 Page 2

1/2 pint. Mix these together and massage the body with same following the baths, see? Well to occasionally leave off the oil rub and to use the salt glow (that is, rub the body with salt).

8. For the matter of the diet, we would use citrous fruits, or stewed fruits, or the whole dried or dry cereal. Do not combine same! That is, when one is used do not use the other - but these may be changed or altered, as this: The juice of two or three oranges, or one grapefruit, with dried toast following, with either Ovaltine or a cereal drink. Little coffee, little milk, or little tea may be taken.

9. For the noon meals, preferably green vegetables - with any of the oil dressings. All GREEN vegetables, see?

10. Of evenings, we would take fish, honey (in the honeycomb) - not too much; COOKED vegetables; no potatoes of ANY character; no tuberous roots of any character, but any of the green vegetables COOKED, or of the DRIED vegetables that grow above the ground - COOKED. Little ice cream, or none. Little or no butters. Buttermilk may be taken occasionally, but be mindful that it is not taken with too many of the vegetables.

11. The manipulations, or corrections, we would take at least ONCE each week for at least sixteen to twenty treatments. These manipulations will be as much of a gymnastic exercise of the extremities, as well as the correction of those subluxations that exist in the lumbar and in upper dorsal and cervical region.

12. These, as we find, will make for normal forces for the body.

13. In the mental attitudes of the physical forces of [2096] we find - while the body is sympathetic in its nature, tendency even towards that as may be termed an AFFECTIONATE nature - these have been as of combative forces within the body, and the body has turned more to those conditions that make the body more hardboiled - if we choose to call it such. These DO NOT SATISFY, and they create an element of discontent. Find that and spend that affection on something worth while; not dogs or cats, or fish or pigs, but something that is animated with a building force within self that will see the expression and give that affection the body has long sought for in self. Make self interested in something that will make in the lives of some individual, or individuals, that that makes life more worth while; for would we have contentment in self we must create the atmosphere in another, and that we give out that we receive; for, as has been given, sow as ye may but ye reap that ye sow. God is not mocked, and man - nor woman can fool

themselves into making themselves believe that there is NOT that which repays many, many times for that effort in WHATEVER thing given out; for that given out will return to the one spending self. If we would have life, give it. If we would have love, make ourselves lovely. If we would have beauty within our lives, make our lives beautiful. If we would have beauty in body or mind, or soul, create that atmosphere and that which brings about life itself will bring those forces; for the SPIRIT is willing, the flesh is contrary - as well as weak. In the SPIRIT is strength. Give that strength as an opportunity of manifesting itself in thine life! as it is manifested in the lives of those whom the entity contacts, for the kind word turneth away wrath, even as the haughty look or the unkind word stirreth up and maketh for troubles in the lives of many. Make thine life BEAUTIFUL, and it becomes more worth while.

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) What will relieve continual ringing in right ear? (A) The correction of eliminations, and especially those eliminations as related to the pressures created in the whole nervous system; followed by those baths and rubs. These are pressures, for they are poison creations in system - the same as in feet, the same as in constipation, the same as those disorders that are only INDICATIONS of disorders in system. Do as we have given, and we will find all portions more worth while.
