1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2103] - this we have had before. Now, as we find, there are improvements in the general physical conditions of the body. While with the corrections as are being made in the cerebrospinal system, as relieves those pressures as have long caused those refractory conditions in the mucous membrane and soft tissue in portions of the system, these corrections are gradually allowing the circulation to be improved in such a manner as to bring a bettered condition. True, there have been those reactions at times that have indicated the inflammation, or inflamed portions were being irritated. This may be expected; for, as is seen, the conditions - until the circulation can be so improved that the eliminations throw off in their NORMAL channels the poisons from the system - there will be occasional re-occurrence of these distresses.
2. In the applications for the improvement, as the circulations are being improved, we would find that would we add to those applications the INHALANT that will act as an antiseptic for the membranes that show the affectation from impoverishment, this will aid MATERIALLY in CLARIFYING the conditions, and aid in establishing a more ACTIVE and SOONER acting with the forces of the system.
3. We would also find that when there are those tendencies for an irritation in throat or in nasal cavities, or in the tissue, were this reduced - or, that is, the inhalant used as a spray - this would BRING an almost IMMEDIATE relief. This would necessarily have to be WEAKENED to apply directly to the mucous membranes. This would be reduced by the addition of water to solution, or that portion of solution, taking a tablespoonful of distilled water in an atomizer, add to same from the inhalant that of twenty (20) minims of the regular strength solution. This, for this PARTICULAR body, would be made in this manner:

Eucalyptol.......................30 minims, Bensosol [Benzosol] (solution)...10 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp.............5 minims, Benzoin...........................5 minims, Tolu in solution.................40 minims.
Keep this in a glass corked container, at least an eight - six to eight ounce container. Shake solution when it is to be inhaled, either through the nostril or into the throat and into the lung.
5. As we find, from the effects of this congestion and the poisons that accumulate in the system, there is a tendency for the digestive system and stomach itself to be SMALLER than should NORMALLY be. We will find, then, that to use properties also (this only in addition to the manipulations and corrections, as should be kept up - though there should be periods of rest as there are periods of activities or of treatments, for these periods should be at least three to four weeks treatment and a two to three weeks rest WITHOUT the manipulations, that there may be the proper reactions in the system for that as being attempted, and as is being accomplished - though the inhalant and those weights, or those as food values that will gather FROM the system itself those poisons that accumulate in same, and prevent the proper assimilations from being carried on in the system, and cleansing the system of these will enable this to be changed, or to be corrected in a near normal manner) - we would take alternately, each day, half a tablespoonful of Milk of Magnesia, and the next day half a tablespoonful of Milk of Bismuth. This will keep down the tendency for acidity, and will make the assimilations of the foods more active and in a bettered state.
6. Keep a diet that is well balanced, but that is more BLOOD BUILDING and nerve energy building for the system. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) What is suggested for the condition of the eyes? (A) With the correction of those centers in the upper dorsal and the cervical region, as the general health is improved and the eliminations are aided better, as by and through the circulatory system, as in the digestive system, through those of the inhalants and through the applications for the mucous membranes - these, as we find, will CLARIFY those conditions for the eye. When there is INFLAMMATION, or a tendency of a burning in the lids and the eyeballs themselves, no better application may be made than that of an old Irish potato, scraped and this pulp laid over the eye of evenings. The next morning bathe same with a weakened

antiseptic solution for the eye. These will clarify, or act as those clarifications for distresses in this area.
